Everything! Room had everything you could need - shampoo, conditioner etc as well as aircon and a fan. Location was perfect to explore Ubud on foot. I visited the on-site spa and had a great manicure/pedicure. The family which run the hotel are extremely kind and helpful. They organised our taxis to and from the hotel and we also did an amazing private sunrise hike up Mount Batur organised by them. I really could not recommend this place enough.

No TV or bar fridge. I was actually ok with this, but other travellers may benefit from knowing they can't keep their drinks cool in the room.

The bathroom is a bit damp. But there are windows to ventilate it. That wasn't a problem.

The cleanliness at Pacha House is beyond reproach. The decoration of the room is faithful to the photos and very cute. The room is bright and very well equipped. The garden through which you enter the property is soothing. And the family is smiling, attentive and generous. The location is perfect. I don't ride a scooter so I was able to do everything on foot.

It was simple but very comfortable and clean with everything we needed. Peaceful and beautiful but very close to the hustle and bustle of Ubud if that’s what you wanted.

The glass door is not soundproof. It’s a family-owned business, so you’ll be living with a family with young kids, which means you can’t take random naps or go to sleep whenever you want. Having said that, I’m a light sleeper.

We had the best time at Pacha, so much that we extended our stay 3 times and were sad to leave! They helped us to arrange a scooter and laundry- for a fair price! We had many massages from their place next to accomodation and they were great! Very kind hosts and I would recommend their place to everyone! Great value for money stay in the center of Ubud!

I cannot recommend this place enough. I had a lovely stay. The room was clean, the bed is comfortable, and the location is great. They provide everything you need - shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hairdryer etc. The whole family is so friendly and welcoming. On top of that, the two massages I had were amazing.

There was construction on the road during my stay so was difficult to arrive when travelling by taxi.

A hidden gem of a homestay in Ubud. Very attentive hosts with a very modern and spacious room. Fantastic value for money. Well located in the heart of Ubud and walking distance to some of the key attractions. Stayed for just the 1 night but could have happily stayed for a few nights more

The room is big enough, there is room for luggage, the bathroom is great. The shower is amazing, the best I've had in Bali (hot, pressure). The bed is really comfy and big. Wayan is available and can answer your questions. The massage is good too

Excellent value room! Beautiful, big clean room, well maintained and with air conditioning. Very comfortable bed and pillows! We had a great night’s sleep. The location is great and quiet. Very good natural light in the room too. I would have loved to have stayed longer here!

AC remote control did not work, so i had to switch it manually on the wall block. Also someone screamed loudly behind the window during the night, but i am not sure was it on the hotel territory or out

Place is situated in the very center of Ubud. Staff was nice and friendly, the room was clean and cozy, and the breakfast was good as well.
