Breakfast could be improved a lot - very basic, location is in the middle of nowhere so not much around (issue if you don’t ride a scooter), shower head was falling apart

All was perfect. The location, the room with the pool and nature view. The breakfast delicious, they organise one for us in a swimming pool, it was so perfect. We enjoy a lot our time in NG sweet home. The staff was incredible, they help us a lot to rental scooter, to plan our snorkelling with Mantas. Everyday when we come back from a big day they offer us a really delicious dragon fruit juice 🤤 We already miss this place that lives up to its name Sweet home.

We had an amazing stay at NG Sweet home. The staff took a good care of us. The room was tidy and the bed was comfortable. We had our meals in the warung a couple of times as well, the food was absolutely delicious. We definitely recommend this place.

The bathroom could use a little update.

The people who were working there were super nice and helpful! When we booked we got an email giving us the times of the ferry and they booked our preferred time for us. When we got there they took our bags and had welcome (non-alcoholic) fruit smoothies for us. They actually had a beverage like that for us every time we got back to the hotel. It is a pretty small hotel. Smaller than I thought when we booked. Only 4 cabins plus two larger ones next to the pool that were being renovated. There are a good amount of stairs for such a small place. Perfectly fine for us but could be a problem for older folks. Very secluded area. We rented a scooter from them to get around the island. They also helped us arrange taxi rides when needed. We ate all of our meals at the restaurant when we were at the hotel. Super convenient. We were the only ones there a lot of the time. I can't imagine booking a hotel without a restaurant since most places were pretty separated. There was no where we could walk to to get other food. They had us order the breakfast the night before so it would be ready by the time we wanted. They will also do a floating breakfast at the pool if you request it! The room was pretty basic. The pool was perfect. The hotel is right off the road so the pool overlooks that but not a big deal. You can see sunset from the pool!

Location is perfect - kind of easier to get to the beaches in the south. Staff was super friendly! We had a few welcome drinks - the dragon fruit was the best I’ve had. Room was comfortable and met all our requirements. Highly recommend

The location is a bit far from having nice cafe or restaurants but with having a scooter is not a big deal. It was nice the owner helped us to arrange pick up and drop off at the harbour. However, the pick up driver told me that he won’t be the one picking us up when we were already on the boat. And the new driver went to the wrong harbour so we had to wait for a while. I told him that we haven’t had lunch and were hungry.He apologised and offered to introduce us to a nice cafe which was nice. When I organised the drop off, I told the owner that we would like to stop by the same cafe for lunch before heading to the harbour, but somehow the message didn’t get through to the driver. The drivers and the owners are all very friendly and nice people. I think it might be because of the owner’s English is not very strong. This could be overcome by double checking the understanding of the communications I think 😊

The staff were super friendly. They welcomed us home everyday and helped us for everything! We rented a scooter from them with good condition. They also helped us to do our laundry. They brought our yummy breakfast to our room every morning. The accommodation is far away from the busy area so it feels quieter and the air is fresh! I love the pool and it was nice to enjoy it at the sunset time.

The owner was really kind and helpful. He gave us tips every morning and arranged a scooter and pickup to the harbour. The place was very clean and the pool was really beautiful. Location was perfect, everything we wanted to visit within 20mins drive. 10/10

Very nice stay. Perfect price-quality ratio place on Nusa Penida. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast, clean rooms and great pool. We could rent a scooter there so it was very convenient for us. Overall very recommend this hotel!

Bathroom neads reconstruction, large stairs not comfortable. there Is no "dont disturb" sign - staff went to the room even though we said we dont want to.

We’ve never experienced such a good guest service! They brang us fresh juice or fruits everyday and on my birthday they and my boyfriend organised so many awesome surprises for me. The best hotel we’ve ever been to, thank you so much!

There was a lot of geckos inside our room! And one of them fell off on our bed from the roof which was really scary for me! So keep this in mind if you are also afraid of being with them in a room. The staffs were helpful about this and they even changed our room to another room which we didn’t see any gecko in the new one. The one which had a lot of geckos is the last room!

We had a wonderful stay. The hosts were super welcoming and nice. They took care of us, making sure we feel comfortable. They always had an attention of us and answered all of our questions. Really easy to rent a scooter or book a taxi with them. The room was pretty and clean. The bed confortable. The balcony and the swimming pool had a perfect point of view to watch the sunset. The breakfast was delicious. The restaurant is also really good with reasonable prices. We really enjoyed our stay and for sure we fully recommend this place if you want to stay in Nusa Penida.

We needed a taxi to take us to the beaches for our last day, the recommended driver charged $70 for 3 hours while others were offering full day tours for $50. Our fault for not booking ahead.

Very clean, good location, very friendly staff, I feel right at home. There is a restaurant right in front of the place so it’s very convenient, great food as well. They provided us with welcome drinks and after a long day trip, they provided us with smoothie when we come back as well! (All free of charge)
