We had a room close to the swimming pool where you can hear the prayers very loud (first one starting around 4am). We were warned about this by the staff. However we later had another room close to the reception and had no problems there!

Great atmosphere, super friendly and helpful staff, clean surroundings and great location. All restaurants and bars are walking distance and the staff packed breakfast for us whenever we had an early morning excursion. Would highly recommend!

Nothing really. A little bit of construction work that is going on but we were out during the day time anyway.

Absolutely loved the cosy warm vibes at Nextdoor. It was really comforting to also know there was breakfast provided everyday before our day started. The staff were lovely and very helpful. We were super grateful for all their meal recommendations, especially because one of us is vegetarian.

Really beautiful, queiet and serene location nearby a nice street with some nice restaurants and cozy bar. We were in the room at the pool and had a very nice stay. The public areas looked very nice and the staff was super friendly and helpful. We recommend Nextdoor Homestay.

Watch out for the small sign to get here! Its a Bit hidden in a small walkway.

A very nice place to stay! We loved the green yard, the various kind of rooms, the shadowed sitting place, the absolute noiseless site within a living quarter (expect the muezzin's call), the small hidden pool. Nice breakfast, book shelter, sim cards, everytime tea and coffee. Nearby a wide range of good (and also vegetarian) indonesian restaurants. Perfect!

The accomodation is located in a nice neighbourhood of Yogya so I would definitely recommend staying here. There were a lot of restaurants and bars nearby. The room was comfty and clean and the pool area looked pretty cool.

The hosts are super friendly and helpful. The place is very cozy and decorated with attention to detail. Its located very well in the yogyakarta and you can walk to a lot of places by foot. We took a sunrise trip to Borobudur and were picked up at 4 AM. They even made us breakfast to go for our trip! If you want to enjoy Yogyakarta from a lovely, homely place, this is it.

I would highly recommend this homestay to everyone. It is a really beautiful and relaxing place, but also the staff here is AMAZING. All the girls who work there are extremely nice and hospitalary, especially Yuni.

I didn’t have any issues but my friend was in a room by the pool and had to move due to AC issues and also had issues with noise from other guests due to the close proximity of the rooms (young travelers talking loudly and FaceTiming people at 3 AM). I would ask for the rooms with balcony near the front.

Gorgeous, plant-filled oasis with a nice little pool. This place is super cute and I loved all of the decorations. It has kind of a hippie, local art, treehouse vibe. My room was upstairs with a balcony and outdoor shower near the reception area. Very comfortable with both a fan and AC. Staff were lovely and very helpful with purchasing ballet tickets and answering questions. We were up very early for the sunrise Borobudor tour and they packed us a to-go breakfast. Pool area is small and more suited for a quick dip as there are only a few chairs. I loved the neighborhood as well.

Our room was quite small and difficult to put things for 2 people. i think the main issue was with our bathroom had no door or curtain. and the shower is close to toilet so everything becomes wet - but this is common in small hotels in indonesia.

The hotel ground floor (where you have breakfast tables and check in) is very tastefully decorated and photo worthy. The breakfast is limited but very good. Above all the staff is excellent - she helped with directions/recommendations and the pro/cons with the plan we had made to the changes she suggested were very useful/pertinent. She arranged a car/driver at last minute and at the right price (sorry i forgot her name!). Very welcoming, kind, polite and make you feel at home. The pool is a good relief and it set up very nicely - again photo worthy. The staff made all the difference.

The breakfast offered by the structure was delicious and there were many different options to choose from. Water, tea and coffee are free and available all day, which was a plus! The swimming pool is amazing, clean and very curated, giving perfect tropical and photogenic vibes. The staff was always available to our request and very kind. We would definitely like to come back in our next trip to Java!
