Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndonesiaDue to the hotel renovation, the construction area is quite noisy and produces ashes to the hotel, however we believe this could be mitigated when the hotel consturction completed.
The hotel design is considered environmental friendly with grass accommodate the rooftop of the hotel building. The hotel swimming pool is quite large and refreshing. The breakfast menu is various and we may have many options to choose. The hotel room rate is affordable.

IndonesiaThe hotel room is in front of the swimming so is little bit noisy but we can tolerate it and if we close the door the sound is less noisy. The food is not to much variation but the taste is okay is very good for three star hotel.
We really to stay in this hotel the room is big and comfy. The staffs are nice and friendly. The bed is comfy and my 1 year old daughter loves the room she can walk around everywhere because of the size.
