The new japanese restaurant Hinotori is nice but the variety n portion is limited. It will be nice to hv more selection of the food

I like the view n the space in the villa. Staffs there are friendly n nice. Special kudos to Abdul who ensure n take care of our needs.

Food could be improved especially in house dining (menu and quality of food) Food at restaurants could also be improved Water pressure is bad in bathrooms especially the water in the cistern for toilet bowl and the bidet sprayer Housekeeping could be improved as we had to keep messaging for extra towels and handwash as there was not enough hand wash in the toilet Instead of giving shower cream in the form a tube you can provide a bottle of shower cream and shampoo

The resort is huge hence needed to get around in a buggy. But buggies are limited and especially if you are waiting during peak timings such as 10am-ish (where people finish breakfast and needed to get back to their villas). The villa was quite bare to start with. You have to whatsapp reception from additional bowls, plates etc. But they are quite fast when you text them, so I think it's manageable.

As advertised, the two bedroom villa came with private pool. The pool is clean. The staff has initiative as the manager recognised me and remembered the villa I was staying at the next day. He also asked if I had any complaints or needed any improvements. I was glad to observe that they fixed the heater and door problem that night. The breakfast spread was decent, mostly Asian cuisine.

Dependency on the buggies to move from one place to another in the resort.

Resort's location, view from the rooms, design of the villas, cleanliness, interior decor, food served at the breakfast buffet, courteous staff and the Wellness Centre (Spa) are the best selling factors of the resort.

There were some hiccups with the WhatsApp system. We texted all available numbers for the buggy. We did get responses and the buggy came shortly after. The toilet has a sewage smell. Other than that, everything was good!

All their staff (check-in and check-out, buggy drivers, dining staff, activities staff, villa maintenance staff, etc.) are very attentive. The villa was comfortable and clean. It was a birthday weekend for my daughter and they decorated the bed and gave a cake. We appreciate the gesture very much. The breakfast spread was good and choices plenty. Dining staff served every guest with a smile throughout breakfast service. We took part in the activities - tiedye. Staff were very patient with all of us and were very clear and conscise in their explanation of the steps. (But after rinsing out, the t-shirt swirly pattern were not seen. 😆) The staff in the Kids Club were very accomodating too. They explained and guided the children well while they played the VR games. Would definitely considering coming back again and try the dining options there for lunch and/or dinner.

I didn't like the Gym which is outdoor (non air con) and the equipment is quite limited

Everything! The peaceful n private location, the beautiful view of the sea, the friendly staff, from reception to the buggy drivers, their housekeeping team too, and the breakfast spread. It was all good!

The kid's c;lub is closed, and the main lobby is also closed for renovation. The mosquitos are everywhere, especially in the rooms.

The breakfast is great but very crowded. My kid and wife just loved the shooting gallery. The BBQ dinner is very good as well. My son enjoyed the buggy rides around the resort too,

The bicycles were in a poor state and broke down and had to be repaired while on the tour.Also very less choice of bicycles for kids.

Lovely place with excellent staff who are always ready to help and assist you with a smile at anytime. The service at the restaurants ,be it TADD's, PENTAI or WARUNG and the spa were great. Our special thanks to Mr.Han who arranged all the activities for us and helped our son when he got hurt. Mr,Yoga,who accompanied and helped us with the bicycle ride and Mr.Pandi who took good care of our son till we were back from the bicycle tour.

The mattress was a bit too soft for me. There's a problem with the shower water pressure. It was inconsistent.

A great place to relax. So serene. Huge villa. Masterbedroom was super spacious with great view. Breakfast buffet spread was superb. Love the Montigo Wellness Spa. Buggy service was always available although we prefer walking. Staffs were very polite.

Some of Villa wall was “sweating” water. Water ponding in living hall after heavy down pour. Indoor gym was not available. Resort reception under renovation. Water sports not available due low tide or bad weather.

Properties need to be maintain regularly. Bathtub can’t get enough hot water. Bathroom has a bad drainage smell. Both a/c on first level can’t keep cool during the hot afternoon. Top level door is not working well, can’t open, and something is probably dead in the pile of cushion stack messy in the corner.

On the other hand, the villa we stayed was a bit old. The pool wasn't blue, and nails were dangerously poking out the wooden planks at the floor around the pool. First day, I still need to get them clear the drainage at my shower area. By the way, the floor can be extremely slippery when in contact with water, both indoors and some areas of outdoor. Bed was a bit too soft for us too.

My family and I stayed 3d2n in a 3 room villa R37. 6 adults 2 kids and 1 baby. It is definitely great to stay in a villa as a family, especially with such a nice sea view. The staff are very friendly and generally quite efficient. Though there are some hiccups, it was still a memorable pleasant stay. We request to have the baby cot during our booking and it is readily in the bedroom upon our arrival. We had in villa bbq dinner, most of the food were fresh, and chef did not overcook any of the food. The lobster is skip, but the squid, beef and lamb were good! The breakfast spread were quite good too. Every day, 70% of the items will be changed.

i loved the view from the master’s bedroom. very relaxing and it’s very spacious 🫶🏻 all the staff are very accommodating and helpful all throughout our stay. mr. erwin (housekeeping manager) made it sure that everything is okay at our villa. mr. ajis (spa & wellness staff), he is very entertaining. me and my friends had so much fun!! hope to be back!!! :)
