Not fault of the hotel, but if you are travelling here make sure you bring bug spray as sitting on the balcony ended up in some mosquito bites!

Talk about value for money! Pleasant rooms with good aircon, a nice pool, relaxing atmosphere even though you are right in the heart of Ubud. The location is excellent to walk around Ubud and get to key attractions, and there are plenty of lovely restaurants just next door. The staff were excellent and friendly. Amazing breakfast at the cafe in the morning which was a nice surprise addition.

Great hotel, big rooms and bed super comfortable, nice pool and the balcony is just right by the pool, the breakfast is really good is served at a restaurant at the entrance of the hotel, several options to choose from for breakfast, the hotel es really close to the ubud palace, lots of restaurants and shops nearby the hotel

The setting is beautiful and I liked the pool. There are terrific restaurants including a Japanese on the grounds and a great French bakery around the corner for great breakfast. Easy to walk to sights in town. I liked that you could book tours right at their desk including custom itineraries to Dani Temple, Besaki, Amlapur and Klungkung.

WiFi was a bit sketchy at times and the main shower was mainly cold water so we had to use the bath for warm water.

Great location, helpful and friendly staff, exceptional value for money coming from NZ and breakfast choice was a pleasant surprise. Beautiful, tranquil oasis in the middle of busy Jalan Bisma. Would recommend and come back!

Could do with additional beds and sun umbrellas around the pool area.

Location was ideal, close proximity to Palace, Temple, paddy fields, monkey forest etc. Best area to stay in Ubud. Easy walking distance to numerous bars and restaurants. Accommodation was lovely, spacious, clean. Staff all very professional and pleasant. Very well maintained gardens. Lovely pool. Breakfast was plentiful and well presented. Would highly recommend this accommodation and area of Ubud. Good value for money.

The front desk staff were superb. I lost my phone charger and the young woman did everything possible to help me and really cared. The staff could not have been nicer.

The aircon in the room was a bit weak in cooling the room. I also hope that hotel room slippers were provided.

I was able to check in early and the staff were very helpful. The location of the hotel is also nice because everything is walking distance from Ubud center.

Good location - pool area very nice and lovely gardens - friendly staff - hotel breakfast was offered in nearby restaurant and was very nice with lovely staff. Our aircon wasn’t working effectively and there was a musty smell in our room - reported to staff and was corrected efficiently

It’s a little bit off the main road. Maybe 60 meters away from the jalan raya ubud.

The staff were genuinely helpful. They offer 3 venues for breakfast included in the rates. This location is right beside Why Not Raggar Bar which makes it more exciting at night time

Wifi was a bit slow but overall no complaints

Our first room didn't have working air conditioning. They moved us to another room which worked perfectly but then they kept turning the air con off while servicing the room when we were out for breakfast or tours. It was annoying to come back to a hot room so we ended up hiding the remote.

Location was perfect Rooms were comfortable and service was friendly. We will stay here again.

Incredibly good staff, very good breakfast, central location, spacious room, good trips you can arange from the hotel - very good value for the money paid. highly recommend this place !
