it’s a bit far out from the centre of Ubud but still within walking distance if you don’t mind a 10 minute walk, the window in our room was broken and wouldn’t lock but other than that nothing

the family here are lovely and they have 2 very nice dogs! we found this place to be really good value for money and had a really nice comfortable stay here. the pool is small but nice, it’s very quiet and the breakfast included was great!

One of the best places I stayed at in Ubud, calm, clean and organized, spacious Garden and very well maintained. Spacious room, big bed, Bamboo Closet, Clean sheets, and towels. The family is always there, and they are very friendly and helpful, the grandma is a sweetheart. I needed to extend a couple of nights and there was no rooms available on Bookings, so she cleaned the storage, put a bed, a closet, and turned it to an amazing room just for me. Good location, not far from the center, walking distance from Yoga Barn, and Sayuri restaurant. Also, the omelette is delicious. The only thing you should know is that the location is not very accurate on transport apps cauz the house is on a side street parallel to the main street so if you're gonna order Gojek or Grab, you will need to explain that to the driver every time. If you plan to rent a scooter you don't need to worry about that.

The one thing I would say is lots of old stains in the sheets.

The owners were so nice. Always saying hello and making sure I had fresh towels. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. Banana pancakes and fresh watermelon juice. It was quiet and away from the traffic and more into the forest so it felt like you were out of the hustle and bustle.

No fresh water in our room but can buy some from the Alfamart or Indomart down the street.

They are so friendly and accommodating. Gorgeous pool area makes you feel like you're out of town. Away from the main street so was nice and quiet. The banana pancakes and omelette for breakfast were incredible! Alongside some fresh fruit!

i booked a room without AC and it was cool enough. however I would expect there to be a mosquito net, which there wasn’t.

The staff was super nice and they really made you feel at home. It was such a special place! The breakfast was super good as well and the location was perfect: very central but still quiet

Ride share apps cant find this location for some reason. Lighting could be better in the rooms, and no room cleaning services

Beautiful quiet place near Jungle. Breakfast was homemade. coffee and banana pancake, but it vas pleasure to eat it and enjoy in peace.

There were renovations going on next to my room, although I was informed that 8-5 were working hours, that night there was noise until 8pm and the next day at 6am. The bathroom was normal, the only downside was that the small windows did not have mosquito nets so mosquitoes came in. The entrance doors to the room are sliding and not very easy to close/open.

The room was large and spacious. Very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Cleaned daily. The air conditioning was excellent. Friendly staff
