Sound proof not very good, I able to hear other villa talking. The private pools water pressure was switch-on around 7am and create some noise. I tried the public pool but it cover with a-lot of leaf (probably because after raining). The owning glass are dirty (especially above bathtub and private pools area). The massage was good but just the scrub makes my room a bit dirty.

The air circulation are good, the space are spacious, internet fast, food are nice (especially I have tried nasi campur, nasi goreng, kwetiau goreng). The driver was also very kind and friendly, enjoy snorkeling, kayaking and fishing at finding nemo.

The ceiling of the toilet was cracked when we first checked in due to the heavy rain the previous night. But the staff were helpful to rectify the issues.

The villa was comfy and enclosed. Do take note that there will be lots of insects since it's an open air space. The pool was great and clean enough. I like that the TV has Disney+ on it. The staff were all really nice and helpful throughout our stay.

The villa I have was nice but plagued with hardware issues (e.g. inconsistent supply of hot water, water leaking from bathtub while draining after bath, faulty TV remote) which requiring frequent contacts with the hotel staff to get things fix. This kind of disrupted the mood of holidaying.

The architecture gives the zen and relaxing atmosphere. Private pool is great for family with kids to do swimming as they want, while the parents relaxing in the room. Quiet and green surrounding helps to relax and slow down.

We stayed in the signature villa and the bathtub leaks water all over, the toilet door cannot be locked. Breakfasts is complimentary and has a good amount of choices but they are really pretty terrible :/ there is nothing else to do at the villa apart from the pool and probably massage and no where nearby to go to as the plaza is closed.

The staff is friendly and helpful and quick to respond to any requests. They have one day tour packages that you can take up and have friendly drivers available. It is very near to lagoi beach where there is a few restaurants available x

It was rather old, and we felt that it could do with some upgrade or maintenance for the price we paid.

Breakfast can be improved. Soto tasteless, donut is plain and tasteless too. Others are ok.

Noise from the pool filter in C10 and the noisy air conditioner

breakfast was very good but way too big. pool was good except in C10 where the filter is very noisy in the area. It should be in the walk way. Air conditioner a bit noisy. Other wise very good. Plenty of room to move around.

The villa is a bit aged, some sprucing up would be great. Kitchenette could be more equipped with microwave, wine glasses, cutleries. Hand and face towels could be provided in the bathroom. Shampoo and shower gel could be in containers that work better. The pavilion next to pool should have mattress and cushions to be comfortable for usage, otherwise it is under utilized space.

Spacious villa (Deluxe Suite Villa) with good size private pool, living and dining area. Love that breakfast menu is extensive for 8 days stay and served in the villa! Decent size fridge that has both chiller and freezing compartments. Big bath tub that fits 2 persons comfortably and nice outdoor shower. Staff was courteous, cheerful and helpful. Great Location, it is walking distance to Lake Lagoi (great for walking and jogging) and Lagoi Bay where there are weekend street stalls with yummy and cheap local food, mini mart, a few eating places and a bar.

The surrounding has literally nothing to do. The mall beside the villa is a ghost town. No shops are open, many of them not recovered from Covid.

The private pool right in the middle of the villa is an attraction of its own. My kids love it and we swim everyday.

1. Location - in the Lagoi Resort. Walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurant, bar. However far distance to other attractions outside of the resort. 2. Smooth check in and out even with the small lobby area 3. Nice and helpful staff 4. GREAT PRIVATE POOL next to the bed. Can’t stop dipping in the pool especially after back from hot touring day. 5. Whole villa is spacious with separate living, dining, kitchen area. The open outdoor shower is so refreshing. Cleanliness and well maintained even the pool. 6.
