The portions for room service and breakfast were relatively small.

The cakes for breakfast are delicious and fruits were fresh and sweet. The staff smiles a lot and were courteous towards us. Will recommend the place to friends and family

bedsheets could be cleaner there were stains despite after housekeeping. and a downside is both rooms are connected by a small path by the pool would have been better if there was a door connected instead

The driver was forceful to take us on a tour. The seafood restaurant called Kelong seafood restaurant is far away and didn't really enjoy the meals.

Location was 10 min car ride from ferry terminal. Hotel provided simple selection of food. Friendly staff and services were on time. Hotel provided better meals than outside restaurants.

The air conditioner unit in the bedroom was probably not well-maintained or old and personally, find the unit too small to cool the bedroom. At 16 degC, it was unable to cool the whole bedroom and there was no extra ceiling fan to help circulate the cold air around. The dining area had a ceiling fan that was fixed way too high and too small to even feel any wind at all and that was the only cooling equipment throughout the whole open area. There are quite a lot of bugs/insects throughout our stay especially during the night time in the dining area. We understand that it is unavoidable in nature but it would be best if they could install bug nets above the open areas to help prevent some bugs from flying in.

The villa was spacious and clean. There was a good variety of breakfast options to choose from and the staffs were also friendly and are able to communicate well in English. The location was near a beach area that was quiet and nice to walk around. Additionally, there were a few drivers available in the villa. It was convenient for us to get around and the driver we had was kind enough to wait for us while we went on with our activities.

The massage was disappointing, with service quality falling below average. Additionally, it was conducted in the room which led to issues with massage oil and body scrub residue spilling onto the bed and floor. However, upon my feedback, they promptly replace a new bed sheet and provides a room cleaning. The breakfast is bad.

The environment is pleasant, offering a serene escape from the city. Really enjoyed staying almost whole day in the room itself as it is generously spacious and equipped with good facilities. The staff are super nice and responsive.

There's alot of ants, flies that attract to lights at night... Overall, I still had a very relax time there

Lack of facility eg. gym, spa even tho there's in-house spa, sometimes we just want ro walk out of the room to enjoy another ambience. Would be better with complimentary transfer to mall since the existing mall opposite the hotel is not in business. Establish relationship with activity vendor like ATV, Jetski and open a counter itself for easy transaction. A corner of self service laundry mart station will be an advantage too.

Its me-time week stay here. I just want to laid back and get lazy hence I choose here to soak myself in the pool. Sum up basically, eat, sleep, swim repeat.

The villa isn’t as big as I thought and I don’t think the room design is suitable for family with young children when comes to safety - the room door opens directly to the pool. Air con can took awhile to cool the room, more maintenance is needed.

I think the resort staffs were extremely patient and helpful, especially I came with family with small children and requesting for many things. The in room massage were pretty good. I also requested for a balloon hand pump for my daughter’s birthday and they were so kind to find and lend to me.

We paid almost S$900 for 2 nights stay in the villa but the cleanliness of the villa is found wanting. Bed was comfortable and we stay in the bed most of the time as the bedroom is the cleanest. We did not spend anytime at the living area as the sofa cushions are dirty. Coffee table looks like it has not been wipe as there is lizard poo on it. Similarly for the dining table which looked dusty. We only use the dining for breakfast. More should be done on housekeeping. The living room walls has stains which look like bird poo or bat poo. As such, I didn’t even want to look at the living room and quickly walked into the bedroom. It’s a shame for the price we paid.

Some villas are more dated than others, insect bites in a daily affair. The lock to the toilet isn’t functioning, but since we are a family, it didn’t really matter.

The facilities were as what you see on major internet sites. The desk services are prompt, breakfast deliveries on time and orders are always accurate. Driver services also super reliable. Staff can communicate well in English. Wifi signal is strong.

The surrounding has nothing. Plaza Lagoi is vacated. It left us have nothing around the villa. It was quite sad. But apart from that, villa and staff were great!

For the price paid with private pool in the villa was great! we had a lot of pool time. But it would definitely be better if their breakfast was yummier.

The google speaker does not connect. And need extra mat cause of bathtub

It's about 1hr plus to the city, and the taxi for whole day is IND900,000 best take 7hrs just nice, n little cheaper. Love the blue lake and the private pool
