Our room was very pretty, as well as the common areas. Also the staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. The location is not central but there are a few nice places to eat at a small distance on foot and the port is arount 15 minutes away by taxi.

Breakfast is not the best. Very simple just eggs and toast and you need to get it as soon as it’s left on the table else the flies will get it. Also the reception is not always staffed as they only have a few bungalow to manage.

Very quiet and private. Was like having your own holiday home. The pool was nice too but a bit too much chlorine.

The bed was very noisy. The kettles were a bit rusted but the staff gave us the new one. Double deluxe room are not cemented. The roof has small holes because it was a thatched roof. That's the reason why AC couldn't cool the room properly in the daytime as well as we thought. The scooter provided was a bit hard to handle but we managed with it. 4/5 for the scooter. We informed the staff about it's improper working.

Liked the cottage itself and the surroundings. The pool was very nice. The served breakfast was good but quantity was less. The whole cottage gave us a very classical vibe.

Motorbike rental at harbor is cheaper, taxi from harbor to accomodation really expensive (take scooter instead if you can drive yourself), roosters were really loud early in the morning

The place is quiet but far from the city center and restaurants except if you have a motorbike.

Everything was very good, the staff was nice and kind. We took our delicious breakfast on our private terrace. The room is spacious and they clean it every day! The swimming pool was very clean and warm, it was very nice to relax on the sun loungers.

Quiet, small sized pool, big room is basic - but has all you need except hot water, fridge Nice view of the volcano from the terrace. Staff were helpful and accommodating, put milk in the fridge, gave an extra pillow etc.

The location is a bit difficult to find with signs not being fully clear. No trash can inaide the room, only on the terrace.

The room was nice and clean with big twin beds, wifi worked well and staff was always there to help with questions and requests.

I didn't like that there was not hot water (only for some rooms). As the place was not so cheap I think they must provide hot water or make even more cheaper for rooms without hot water

The staff was very very kind gentle and special! I loved the location far from the city and kaos and near to the nature but still with some nice restaurants and other facilities. The place is wonderful. ..exotic plants, flowers, swimming pool.

It’s barely nothing but the Cottage doesn’t have a pick up service so you have to come by yourself.

The location is advantageous if you want to visit the west coast. The room was clean and well equipped even if there is not so much hot water in the shower. The swimming pool is also very nice.

a lottt of bugs in the room, however when we arrived the room was super clean, so it was probably due to the location. room could have been cleaned, stayed for 3 nights and was not cleaned once

The lights inside are all controlled by 1 switch in both the main room in which you sleep and the bathroom.. so if you need to go to the toilet during the night and have the light on, both the bedroom and bathroom light will come on.. Annoying when someone else is asleep.. Also one of the mornings our water ran brown. we had to leave the taps on for about 5 minutes before the water went back clear which wasn’t very nice. And in this time the toilet flushed with brown water too.

the property was kept nice and clean - pool was nice and refreshing and also the staff sorted the scooter hire for us and got it delivered which was good!
