It was an ideal place for staying with my toddler and in-laws—peaceful and tidy. The host was also warm and welcoming. I would definitely come back.

It’s a little far out but still easy to get to things.

Property was clean and comfortable. Pool was amazing and we had it to our selves. Hosts were awesome. Provided free shuttle to Ubud center and nearby restaurants at night.

The villa is located in a semi rural location on the outskirts of Ubud and subsequently there is a little noise from the local wildlife. However, this didn’t disturb us to any great extent and it didn’t interrupt our sleep.

Partha and his team were truly exceptional. They couldn’t do enough for you. Breakfast choices were good, the room was lovely with a view over the pool, and they offered free transport twice a day to and from Ubud. Also organised transport to other destinations including the airport. Outstanding service.

Some may find the neighbouring farm with the early morning crowing of the cockerels a little challenging, but not really an issue for us.

We had the most wonderful stay here from start to finish and cannot recommend the place highly enough. First and foremost, Partha and his family are exceptional hosts and do everything they can to make their guests feel comfortable and welcome. They work so hard to keep everything pristine and the rooms are serviced daily with fresh towels for both pool and bathroom. It is located outside Ubud, but that is why we chose it and never regretted it; coming back to the villa always gave us a wonderful sense of peace and tranquility. There is usually someone available to run guests into the town and if not it's approx £4.50 for a Grab. Breakfast was always great - banana pancakes were delicious and great coffee. Lovely pool and gardens kept immaculately clean

Can't think of anything as it was a lovely stay. We loved it but be prepared for an outdoor bathroom just in case that's an issue for you!

The staff are absolutely amazing, very welcoming and will do anything to make your stay more comfortable. It is a family run villa and they make you feel like family while you're staying there. They will drop and pick you up anywhere close by for free and have a free shuttle into Ubud itself daily as well. Great place to stay!

It’s a bit far from the center of Ubud but they rent scooters at a really fair price so it’s easy to move anyway

The pool was incredibly good overall, but there is no shallow end where children can put their foot down

Super friendly and accommodating host, no request was too hard, they also have us handy local tips and the shuttle to Ubud was great as well The location is very intimate and great for someone looking to get away from the crowds as there are only 4 rooms The beds were very comfortable and the rooms well designed. The host was able to give us a pack away breakfast when we needed to leave early on the last morning

The only thing to know is that’s it’s a little drive from Ubud city center. For us, traveling with two little kids, not a problem and the owner and staff have a free drop-off and pick-up service and drive you everything for free so they do make sure you get everywhere you want to.

The owner and staff were extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. The property itself looks gorgeous.

We were unlucky and woken up by loud dogs barking on the street for a few nights during our stay. The odd bug came inside because of the nature of the outdoor bathroom or door left open. Breakfast needs a few more options for extended stay.

Jero is a tranquil environment with the kindest hosts you can have. They were very welcoming and would assist you with anything you need. The room is a traditional style with an outdoor shower and toilet. The pool was large, cold and refreshing. Every morning, you are greeted by the owner and receive exceptional service from the family and staff.

One of the best places we have ever been. Lovely and kindly staf , they take care of you from the beginning until the day you depart. The owner dropped us from the airport because we had lost our flight late at night. The breakfast is really good and also the cooking. We are going to miss this family and we really hope to come back soon.

Nothing that I wasn't aware of and okay with. Since the property is close to nature, there were sounds of crickets and geckos. All harmless though. Breakfast and dinner options, though limited, were full of home made flavors (and love), and we absolutely loved it and had it almost everyday. Lastly, yes the property is situated around 5-6 kms away from the city centre, but that's what made it so serene and peaceful. On top of it Partha provides daily shuttles to the city centre making things easier.

The villa is located in the midst of nature surrounded by lush greenery and rice terraces. The host Mr Partha is a gem of a person who goes out of the way to make you feel not just comfortable but at home. His entire family goes the extra mile to just create a delightful stay for you. Property has several villas, all super clean and well maintained, big open bathrooms, large private verandah as well as a clean (common) swimming pool. There are 1-2 restaurants within 300-400m and several within 1 km radius.

Nothing, all was perfect !

Everything! If you’re looking to live a true Balinese experience, you are at the right place. Partha and his family are great hosts. They learned all their gests’ names by heart making you feel at home. The place is a peaceful heaven outside the city center of Ubud but still close enough to get there in 15min max. They offer free shuttle to get to the city centre at fixed hours. The rooms are big and cleaned everyday (mosquito nets, mosquito plugs, fridge, water,…). Big plus for the bathroom just beautiful ! Breakfast is very good too. We so much loved this place that we extended our trip by 1 night. We booked several tours with Partha, he organised everything very well and at very fair price. I highly recommend this place, our favorite one from our whole trip in Bali.

We loved staying at this villa! The villa was private and quiet and even though there were other guests you felt like you had the place to yourself. Parthra and his family were so accommodating, nothing was too hard for them. We loved exploring the area. This is a great place to stay if you want to be out of the hustle and bustle of central Ubud.
