Not in the center of Jakarta.A bit far from the airport.

The locarion next to Kelapa Gading Mall. The room is big and clean.Breakfast is good.. I would like to thank Mr Neo for warning me about scammer that was trying to scam me a few days after I made the booking. Luckily for his warning,I immediately changed to a new credit card. You should keep a good staff like bim.👍

At the mall 😊 I stayed at disable room. The room and bathroom are big enough. My wife can manoeuvre her wheelchair easily.

The staff didn't vacuum the carpet. They focus on the bed and everything else. We could see from the cookie crumbs my son left on the carpet.

This is my go-to hotel stay for Jakarta for anything 1 week+, it's very good value for your money. The hotel is in an excellent location; attached to Kelapa Gading Mall and lots of shops, restaurants, and cafes all around the area. The in-house restaurant is 24hrs/day. The facilities are great, The staff are always awesome. The laundry service is same day and not expensive. And the rooms are big, comfortable, and clean. I recommend this hotel all the time to friends and family.

The medical centre provided us monitoring of the blood pressure of my husband when he got hypertension, I am very thankful to the Brother Mantri who came from time to time in our room within 24hours before we take off. Thanks God all ends up well...thank you Brother

At night when I came back at about 12.30am , the hotel lobby looks quite dimmed and quiet . But that's not a major deal.

Room was super comfortable. The flooring is made up of wooden tiles so your feet don't get shock from the cold . They also provide a small bag of very essential amenities, which also includes a hair tie , which was really thoughtful. Staff , especially the ones at the front desk were helpful and friendly. Location was just next to a huge mall . Perfect! Breakfast was a very decent spread for the price you pay .

The key card I had needed to be replaced a couple of times which was a bit annoying but easily fixed by the attentive staff. I didn't find the breakfast to be amazing but again for the price you can't complain.

I extended my stay from an original 3 nights at the hotel to 4 nights. This was a great stay for work. The room itself was modern, clean and spacious with good facilities such as fast WiFi, a powerful rain shower in the bathroom and a comfortable bed. Within the hotel there was a nice swimming pool and gym and best of all- the hotel is located in a vast shopping mall with a huge range of shops, restaurants and supermarkets. It served its purpose perfectly and I would recommend for those travelling to this area of Jakarta for either work

They asked me to sign the credit card at the time of check in and again at the time of check out. When asked they said we will refund 1 charge to my Credit card account. They should have only gotten approval instead of charge.
