We asked few empty plates ( we could borrow) was rejected ( not know the reason). Hall way was very dark ( should be more lighting) not good when you travelling with elderly people and killed few cockroachs in the room and outside the room.

Hotel is located on main road of Kuta and 10 minutes to airport and breakfast not much different from other hotels. Room was alright, bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and sound of knowledge.

When on holiday, a buffet breakfast that you can linger over is to me, a MUST. So having a set breakfst and only able to choose one of 2 options was a great disappointment BUT I guess is an understandable situation for a hotel just reopening after COVID. A problem that I had difficulty accepting is the absence of milk/creamer to add to my morning tea and the refusal of the restaurant staff to provide me with this. I do feel this is unreasonable. For subsequent days, I bought a carton of milk from the nearby shop which I bring with me to the breakfast table every morning. Problem solved but I feel that I should not have been inconvenienced like this for such a small and simple issue. Sort of starting each day on the wrong foot.

Our first night was uncomfortable. Infact did not get much sleep because the room aircond was not functioning. We complained but as we had arrive late evening, they couldn't do much then. They however showed us alternative rooms that we can move to the next day and we were moved to a better room the next morning. We greatly appreciate their concern for our comfort and their fast response.

We could hear a fair bit of noise in our room from kids playing in the pool. Nothing particularly fancy about this hotel, but it’s clean and modern.

We booked a room so that we had somewhere to rest before our 11pm flight so we didn’t stay overnight. we arrived in the morning to drop off our luggage before heading to Waterbom for the afternoon and they were able to find an available room for us so we could get settled into a room straight away. Staff friendly and helpful. The location is a walkable distance from Waterbom and very close to the airport so it was perfect for us. A few bars and restaurants nearby as well as convenience stores and shopping. We didn’t use the pool but I dipped my toe in and the temperature seemed nice. it looked nice and clean. Bar next to the pool had some nice looking cocktails. Room was modern and clean. We got a very cheap rate so we feel we got more than our money’s worth.

I did not like the Balanese music playing in the hallways and common areas. The music started at 7am till 9.30pm.

The swimming pool was great. Staff were very friendly and professional.

I requested double room on my booking but they gave me hollywood twin room and they asked me to wait to make it double but finally they gave me other room without balcony and its not a problem. Just me and my husband feel a bit disappointed as we didnt find any toiletries in the bathroom which is very basic for all hotels preparing that for the guests.

not dislikes of the hotel, more facts. Kuta/Legian is very quiet. Many restaurants are closed - so download Grab so you can order food in Breakfast is ordered in the day before (get down early while it’s still hot) towels and bedding are clean (just some stains) - to be expected given the lack of money coming in through tourism

Breakfast was awful, told to wait until coffee warmed up this was 7.30 , very limited Western foods on offer, honestly haven't never been to such a poor quality hotel, went on booking.com advertising, everything in this hotel was dated, not as advertised, this was false, and cost us nearly £ 300 we moved out next day, staff were rude, not interested, all rooms have balcony but no chairs to sit out on, why!! Strange,

Nothing, very dissatisfied, booking.com this is not a 4 star hotel, we left after 24 hours, you sell this as a 4 star and its not, pictures are 10 yrs old, Rooms damp and dated, poor WiFi, old furniture, bedding old, smells of damp, pool used till after 10pm at night, staff don't engage, moved first room due to condensation running down walls, second room still smelt of damp, towels in bathroom old, mould around shower, TV did not work, noise outside room all night long, we booked out next day, so very disappointing,
