Being unable to stay longer!

It was my 3rd stay at Gold Karma traditional bungalows. The location is outstanding. So is the staff. So is breakfast. I can't wait to go back. What more can I say? Thank you very much to all the staff who is always so kind and super helpful! See you ASAP!

As in other reviews the fisherman on the beach begin making noise, winching their boats & flashing their torchlights from 4.00am. Then there was the roosters (cocks), the barking dogs & the geckos making all sorts of sounds. But so long as you don't mind an early wake up call I highly recommend Good Karma for comfort, service & location.

Beautiful villa, clean & comfortable. Plenty of towels for both shower & pool use. Loved listening the the sound of the waves & waking up to a stunning beach view.

It was me and my partners second time staying here! That’s how much we love Good Karma. I love the vibe and the location of the property. Being able to step outside and see the ocean truly is an amazing experience. The staff were so amazing as well! And great food for an amazing price!!

Nothing I loved it!

Best accommodation of my time in Bali. I loved sleeping in a bungalow right in front of the beach, waking up to waves and local fishermen. Loved the location, away from the crowds in town, with its own private beach, close to local village, with amazing snorkeling straight off beach.

Fantastic breakfasts Convenient to other restaurants, snorkelling, sunset points. Interesting cultural community interactions. Fishing boats coming in every morning with the catch (or not) Best massage of my life!

Only thing I’d say is that my room was a little warm at times because the sleeping area is one huge room so probably a bit difficult to cool completely with the one AC unit. But there’s also a big overhead fan and I still slept very soundly.

Second time staying here, I always love it. Very secluded and quiet location but they rent scooters (70k/day) so that you can pretty easily reach Amed proper. Located right on the beach (you can walk right out and snorkel) with a nice pool in front. I rented a villa and I always love the outdoor bathtub feature, great for stargazing at night. You can hear the waves at night which is like built-in ASMR. Breakfast was delicious (you get a choice of 2 items from a good list) and the staff very kind. They were also very flexible when I had to push my booking back (twice)! Highly recommend.

We liked everthing! We have stayed here many times! We like the staff very much, also the delicious, freshly prepared food, the comfortable very clean bungalows and the superb ocean outlook and garden. Location superb. Lots of activities available - fishing, snorkeling and sightseeing or relaxing and watching the fishing boats returning to the beach in the morning.

Not air-conditioned but there was an extra stand up fan and that worked well.

The location was excellent, just sit back and relax and watch the water and the local fishing boats from the day Lounge on our bungalows verandah. The breakfast was included and was great. The food at the restaurant was delicious but also many others close by to try. Staff were so pleasant and helpful, and the gardens lovely. Actually added an extra night to our stay and would have added more if we had the time.
