The main problem we had was the aircon constantly dripped when we turned it on. We had to place a 2 litre water bottle under it and empty it about 3 times during the night. We mentioned it to staff but it wasn’t fixed during our stay.

The room had no frigobar, the bathroom tap was super rusty. There were free bikes advertised which we had to pay to rent.

The mosque is really really loud so make sure to bring ear plugs to sleep. You can hear the mosque everywhere on the island, so it doesn’t really matter where you stay.

This place is really nice! The staff is super friendly and taking care of everything. Felt like home to me!! You can rent a bike from the accommodation for 30k per day and drive to the beach within just a few minutes. Amazing stay!

The property was listed as beachfront and it most definitely was not beachfront. It also said breakfast was included. The “welcome letter” said to let the staff know about breakfast the night before by 8pm. When we inquired about breakfast, the staff told us it was not included. Upon arrival, we couldn’t wait for a shower as we had been on a boat for 4 days. However, water was off for several hours that afternoon. The website also said bikes were included but when we asked about that, we were told they were all broken. There was also an infestation of ants we had to keep at bay with out bug spray. Lastly, there was a water jug behind the counter but the staff wouldn’t let us fill our reusable bottles up whenever we wanted. We had to ask and staff wasn’t always around to help with that.

The price was affordable. It had air conditioning and enough space for our family of 4.

The mosq is 100 m from the property. At 5 am, you have the pray call.

The location was perfect. Walking distance to the pier, to many restaurants, shops, supermarket, boats for snorkeling... Modern style. Hot water. 2 showers. Almost brand new. Fridge. Kettle.

1. The water pressure in the shower is not enough. 2. Their water heater is an unreliable product. When checking out, some staff pointed out that because we did not turn off the power immediately after taking a shower, so the electric water heater in one of the rooms had an "overheating indicator light". The staff said that overheating is equivalent to broken, and asked us to pay IDR 2,500,000 in cash. We disagreed at that time, thinking that we need more time for a more fair investigation. Later, the staff discussed with us, saying that their staff can pay half of it themselves, and asked us to pay the other half. We think it is suspicious, since the cost of replacement of the hotel equipment should not be borne by the staff, which is unfair to the staff. If we are responsible for the issue of the water heater, we are willing to mediate through booking.com and make a more appropriate solution. They can apply for compensation through Booking.com within 15 days and receive compensation online. We reached an agreement with the staff and manager at that time, that the matter will be handled through booking.com. 3. An extremely rude hotel owner (who has never been in the hotel), threatened us with WhatsApp calls in the wee hours of the morning, telling us to immediately go to the ATM to withdraw money and pay the entire hot water heater IDR 3059000, otherwise he will send someone Come to our room to confiscate our passports and call the police immediately. He refused to have a rational discussion with us, accused us with insulting words throughout, and described us as "crime persons". He even asked us to write a 10/10 good review for the hotel after paying the compensation, as a "fair play". The next day, we confirmed with the hotel manager again and again that we would deal with the dispute through booking.com and then leave the hotel.

The bungalow was so cool. I stayed here with my 3 children and there was plenty of room for all of us. The beds were comfortable and the room was new and clean. It was walking distance to the beach front and the place had bikes for us to hire. The staff are very friendly and went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect.
