1. property started to get a bit tired… needs to pay attention to worn out wallpaper and old carpets in the room. 2. the restaurant is not as clean as it used to be. should do a bit of light renovation cleaning in the building. 3. please add bidet or toilet shower pleaseeee… your guests are mostly Indonesians, and it’s really really frustrating to not have bidets on toilet or toilet shower :(

Cleanliness of the room could be improved much better, plates and cutleries need to be clean properly and thoroughly, our plates and cutleries were still oily and had some leftover rice etc. Carpets were very dirty, didnt vacuum properly, under the beds were so messy, its obvious they didnt clean in since there were leftover toy, sandal and very dusty obviously (i stayed for 10 nights)

The staffs were all friendly and helpful, they are all well trained. They sent your delivery food to you door which is a plus point during covid times. View was great in 2 bedroom apartment. They cleaned the corridor often, had air purifier installed too, no smoking traces which is very plus point

Overall the stay was okay. We travelled with a baby and one of the units had the aircon not working. We called the receptionist and were told to wait for the technician to come and fix it. We waited for an hour the technician still didnt arrive and the baby started crying because of the heat. We asked for a better solution but were told to keep waiting. We then had to complaint because it was taking too long and they finally moved us to another unit at 11.30pm with a baby and toddler. The new unit had the aircon working, but it smelled awful, the smell of the drain came up. Another unit also requested 4 bottles of water on the day we checked out, but was asked to pay unless we extended our stay to get the free bottled water.

apartment lobby & lift is small and so-so, cleanliness can be improved, staffs’ service can also be improved too.. i remember my friend ordered something from the room service and it didn’t get delivered, so my friend had to remind them again, then when they came to my room they did not bring all the items we asked for - saying that we should ordered it from the restaurant instead (eventhough it was only an ice cube 😲) but it wasn’t really major for us… still, you might step up your service to make guests’ stay perfect!

strategic location, great apartment overall, nice place to rent and hang with friends - cause you can smoke inside, and i believe the rooms around me were also using the property to hang with their group of friends as well (it was a new years eve so everyone gathered to party)

Bathroom floor isn’t slope, so the water wasn’t going down the drain. It makes the whole bathroom floow very slippery and dangerous. The staff at the reception and bistro aren’t coordinated, too many unreliable and invalid information given to us, it was confusing about breakfast and they didn’t make sure out food was delivered. In booking site, they said deposit is 500k rupiah, but we were asked 1mio rupiah for deposit. NOTHING in Fraser’s website nor any other booking site said any additional charge for dogs. And the way Fraser’s marketing campaign frame ‘dog friendly hotel’ is a scam. Why? Because we can’t get our dogs anywhere near the public facilities. What’s the point? Fraser isn’t ready for ‘pet friendly’ claim.

The house keeping should be improved. The carpet in one of the bedrooms is very wet and makes the room feel damp. There was also cigarette ash on the table when i first went in. I know my room is a smoking room, but that doesn't mean it's okay to leave ash on the table. Some parts of the floors were also a bit sticky. The smoking room looks way more dated than the normal ones I've stayed before. Stained sofa, so many cigarette burns on the carpet.

I like Fraser Residence. The rooms are a bit bigger than other rooms in Jakarta hotels. There is a small kitchen, if you wanna cook yourself. Well, food at the restaurant is delicious. In Covid-times, breakfast is served to the room. Rooms are clean and there is a washing-machine, just in case you need one.

The hotel is quite old and there is a metal construction all around it which ruins the view. The windows in the room were dirty. There was no handsoap in the room
