The gym has very little equipment and the 1x machine is broken. Small pool areas. The whole complex is quite old, which we knew and expected, so it should be cheaper as most areas need renovation.

Location was good to reach most tourist things, but this meant some rooms are noisy at night. Garden areas are beautiful and relaxing.

The twin room I stayed in, had the bath mats folded over. I thought one was grey in colour, however upon unfolding on the second day, I found it was actually dirty. We had the room cleaned that morning, and again the mats were folded over upon return. Looking clean I didn't think any further, until evening when we were back and found it was dirty. Took photos and reported it to the staff at the front desk. They offered for the room to be cleaned again, which we declined as we were leaving early the following day. Aside from that, it was a lovely stay, with the staff being pleasant and professional.

The hotel is gorgeous, and I'm glad we booked here for our stay. You felt as though you were in your own slice of garden paradise. We booked the two Bedroom Mandala suite, which had a King room and a twin room. Which the staff were lovely enough to make the twin beds into one bed, as it was myself and my bestfriend staying. The staff were wonderful, with Anggi being the star who made things happen when we asked. She also helped us out in a Balinese costume photoshoot included in our hotel stay. Great food in the hotel restaurant, and Walden makes the best cocktails. There were refurbishments happening on one side of the hotel, which didn't really impact on our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful and relaxing stay.

I maybe didn't research well enough, I didn't realize that it was surrounded by clubs that play music until 4 am daily. Even with noise canceling headphones I could feel the vibrations from next door.

The spa and the restaurant were amazing. I came to relax and they treated me so well! The room was comfortable and all of the staff were so kind and helpful. The property was undergoing construction but they offered discounts on food and the spa and it was not a bother

We stayed in the newer rooms the Utama suite on the top floor and the noise from the night club down the road was pretty bad at night, it wasn’t so bad on the second floor and when we stayed in the rooms previously at the back of the hotel we didn’t notice it. The area seems to be getting worse for crime I had my phone stolen up the road and a friend of ours had there credit card skimmed at a massage across the road this is nothing to do with the hotel just be carful is all.

Have stayed here a few times now, it’s really a great value for money hotel. The staff are fantastic, the food and drink is awesome and reasonably priced.

This time the breakfast was not as good as passed vists. sauasagers were cold as was most of the food, i was servied a stale bread roll when ording a chicken burger for lunch

we stayed in a family room with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and it was perfect for our family of 4. The rooms were clean and spacious with a day bed to laze on. It was on the ground floor and close to the pool and restaurant. Breakfast was great each morning and we had dinner one night while staying which was also nice. The staff were so lovely and always happy. They were in the process of renovating some rooms so there was noise but we were told about this and given vouchers. It is in a very convenient spot in the middle of restaurants, shopping and about a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. We found it great value for money and would stay again.

Our initial room was near the road and business where loud music played all night, so we could not sleep most of the night. The party buses also woke us. We were so tired . There was no hot water on our first day, and the overhead shower did not work. We told reception about this they offered to move us , which happened on day four when a room became available. The music still woke us a few times but it was much quieter and we had hot showers in our new room . The food was limited for breakfast, although the staff were very accommodating and made omelette , scrambled eggs, and fried eggs one day. The renovations continued, but this did not bother us as during the day.

The staff were lovely . They work so hard to make your stay a happy one . The grounds are well taken care of, and everything is very well taken care of . The rooms are spacious and clean. The location is good close to everything .

breakfast quite limited for european/continental options. mainly cooked food, which si not necessarily the first option in the morning. Not very varied either. still, ordering a la carte (paid) mostly solved the issue.
