Mosquitoes & cockroaches. There’s a rice field next to it causing mosquitoes 🦟 to property. The staff helped us by relocating rooms.

The staff is extremely friendly and the breakfast buffet is one of the best I've had during my stay in Bali.

Great location, off the main street, pretty quiet. Walking distance to great restaurants, bars and clubs. I chose to stay in Seminyak as it's not as busy as Canggu, however getting to Canggu is very easy. Grab or Gojek will get you there in 15 minutes and if you decide to go South to Uluwatu or Nusa Dua, way more convenient. Staff are super friendly and assist you with anything. Breakfast is great and roof top restaurant for your next date. Swimming pool and bar with nice music. I'm a returning customer as it meets my needs.

Pool closes at 6pm. Never heard any hotel closing it so early. This should change in my opinion. Atleast keep it open till the sunset

Was disappointed that the roof top bar and cafe was closed and under renovation as that was what appealed to me with this property before making the booking

Very central location in Bali. The suite room was superb and the hotel kindly sent birthday wishes, decorations and cake to my husband who was celebrating his 65th birthday. The staff were all very polite and helpful

Our room got upgraded as our aircon in the original room was leaking, when we got to the new room, the floors were wet and their was leaks of dirty water coming out the walls on the floor. The staff also have very poor English which resulted in many mistakes when ordering food and room service.

The “temporary” final room deposit took two weeks and nearly 10 emails to be removed, which more than soured the overall experience. Shower and basin broken. Lunch / dining food options were vastly different from the breakfast quality.
