Except the egg section, other option for breakfast was poor. Staff didn't fill up food quickly. There were more carbo on the menu rather something nutritious. Room facility was average, I didn't like the liquid soap and there was no face towel. I asked for room service, the staff did it quickly and left the dirty glasses.

Very tiny room due to the placement of the wardrobe. The housekeeping ignored our request for extra pillow and towel on the 1st day despite us calling them many times.

The worst thing was our rooms smells a very strong of smoke from cigarettes. We knew that it is legal to smoke in some rooms, however, the smoke make us felt uncomfortable and unhappy.

The breakfast is good with variety of foods. We like that. The hotel rooms are just nice but could be better. The staffs were very friendly yet very helpful.The location is just perfect!

The AC could not be controlled. Only on and off is working on the remote. So it gets very cold

1. The layout of the room quite improper to old people or small children as the floor got quite high step between toilet and bed area. 2. Quite small space left if u bring along 2 big luggages. 3. Buffet Breakfast quite limited of choices and served 90% same foods on the next following days.

Our room doesn't have a window, just like a bunker. For that price, we can get so many choices of hotels that have a window to see the city view. Breakfast, need to serve more variety of breads and desserts.

Good location, near the shopping area and easy to find any kind of food. Breakfast, taste and variety was average. They have 2 pools, 1 sauna and gym equipment.

Some of the room was in disrepair. Additionally, it was a little noisy, so if there were loud people outside, you could hear them from inside your room

Check in at 3pm. Arrived at 3pm. 3 room is ready. 1 room need to wait almost 45 minutes. The Spa service also need to improve. Pay for 45 minutes massage. By 35 minutes consider done. Another 10 minute we were ask to soak feet in the water. Not worth the service.

Room is comfortable and clean. Shower is great. Breakfast is delicious.

On this booking we have to wait more than an hour for the room to be ready. The information was not cleared why we have to wait. Apparently, the AC in the allocated room was broken and they needed sometimes to fix it. It was unpleasant experience since we already called and informed that we would be late checked in, means that they will have more times to fix the room yet they just started to fix it when we already in counter checked in.

The hotel locates nead CiWalk mall. You can find many food vendors around the building. We can enjoy swimming pool and free sauna. The bed is comfortable. Rooms are quite clean. Shower is OK. Amenities are quite complete. Breakfast is fine.

Do not go far. All services are right next to you. The staff are all good and helpful with the guests. The rooms are very clean. My special thanks to the hotel manager for his interest in the guests and ensuring their comfort. There was also a room cleaner who was a good, honest man who worked sincerely, so he had all my appreciation and respect

Great hotel, in a very good area if you want to get out on the streets and explore. The staff were super friendly. The gym, pool and sauna were amazing, really enjoyed using the pool on the hot days.
