The rooms perhaps need some maintenance for example the fridges in the 2 rooms we used are leaking inside, the drains in the bathroom don't drain properly, the toilet seat very loose, bathroom door difficult to close. The good outweighs the less good!

We spent one week here and found the rooms pleasant and clean. The aircon works well, the internet is quick enough to stream, the shower has hot water and there is a small fridge. The breakfast is ample and enough choices for us. We also had laundry done for a reasonable price. The beds are quite comfortable. The swimming pool is very clean and refreshing, we used it nearly every day! The staff are friendly and will help you however you can. They moved us to another room away from construction noise which was much appreciated. The staff all speak English thankfully as our Bahasa is not so good :)

The mosque was quite loud during the night but I think this was due to Ramadan

Lovely little guest house , with nice room and comfy bed. Breakfast is nice and included in the price. As per the other reviews the hotel is in the village, which was great as we took our kids for a walk and met lots of locals and have a great experience. Also walking distance from the beach.

We had problem with the Air conditioner however it was fixed within a day It is close to religious places that start with loud sounds at 0445 AM.

Breakfast was simple and fine. The pool is great the water temp is very warm. It's a little bit off the regular road but it's easy to navigate. Staff are very nice.

This isn't the guesthouse fault but very close to mosque so noisy at 4:30am. If not for this would give a 10/10. You need ear plugs.

Everything. Quiet down local street and nearby warungs. Had a lovely meal at Quinci villas opposite. Staff were excellent. Bed comfy. Clean and hot shower. In a lovely pool area. cheap scooter rental. Kettle and fridge a bonus. Air con worked brilliantly. Lovely breakfast. A great cheap option for a few nights.

It would be great if they could change the breakfast menu daily. We were slightly 'bored' selecting the same menu for the 3 days. Other than that, their breakfast was good. Big portion and great value. Oh, and their ironing box was scary to use :p

Surrounded by chickens, goats, and a small village off the main road (5 mins walk), the mosque on a Friday night was loud. It was also down a dirt track, it is safe but I wouldn't want to be walking around alone at night. Note, that you have to cross a very busy road to get to the beach / other hotels to hang out in, it is a bit hairy/scary. As it is dark and a main road. They could have had an information/ weclome booklet about what to see and do around the local area. I know the owner is Australian. Not a huge amount to do in the area other than visit the other beach clubs.

We came from Gili Air (via a ferry) traveling as a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids). We booked a great driver Rajab through the hotel which we used to take us to Lombok and return to the ferry. Lovely driver, with great English. Would use him again. Small bungalows - only 5 in total that have a clean pool. Manicured lawns and gardens. The staff were lovely. Breakfast was included, and it was good, nothing special though. They did our laundry efficiently. It is 60,000 per day to rent scooters. Very affordable stay, compared to other places we have stayed in We loved the restaurant Molly's around the corner, we went for dinner both nights, best-homecooked food, it is right on the main road and very hot (no air con and it was HOT ) but they have a great garden and two singing canaries and loads of local westerns that come to hang. Qunci Villas is across the road, which is a beautiful hotel for cocktails We visited the Lombok Zoo which was 40 mins by car and was worth the drive and would recommend it, as all the animals were so different and right up close to them. It takes in rescues and black market animals. Read the reviews online!

The drainage system can be better as the shower area floods up.

It was smack in the middle of a village neighbourhood. Everymorning we were gently woken up by the prayer call from the mosque nearby. Staff was also very helpful .

Some of the door knobs need to be fixed as the door keys were quite hard to lock the door.

The ventilation of the room is conducive and the facilities fitted the bill.

The staff were very friendly and helpful! The stay was clean and we had everything we needed including beach towels, new A/C, water and fridge. They also did great rates for bike hire at 60k/day. I would definitely stay here again!

Location a bit hidden from the main road.

Quiet, calm, and serene. Simple breakfast. Love the small relax pool. What we loved the most is that the bungalows are completely separated from each other, incl the bathroom so u won't hear unnecessary noise. Staff are friendly and courteous. They connected me with local driver who became our guide most of our stay, whose transport service is very affordable as well.

Pillows could be better. They're fluffy when touched but strangely didnt provide even support when slept on.

Compact 5-cottage property, very neat and well kept. The room size was just right for us (family of 3) and had everything we need. bathroom size perfect w/ hot shower and water pressure was sufficient. Pool was simple but clean, nice to take a dip in after a day's excursion. I also liked that we could arrange airport pick up and transfer w/ the facility. Staff also very nice and helpful, and we made use of their laundry service. Breakfast is OK. Overall, I'm very happy with my choice.
