We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaGreat staff. Helpful with anything you need. Breakfast is very basic but gets you by until your next meal. Love the traditional bali coffee. Grounds are impeccable. We had a room in the very back and it was so quiet. No roosters, no call to prayer, no traffic. Beds were comfortable. They don’t clean daily which is fine with us but if you accept that kind of service either ask or stay elsewhere. Pool area is very nice and relaxing as well. Conveniently located in the middle of lots of restaurants and coffee shops.

Sri LankaThe room is quite dark, no window, not enough light, the bathroom door keeps open itself and the CCTV camera right on the balcony and is facing the balcony makes it feel uncomfortable.
It's located in a convenient location, close to shops, restaurants, mini mart, coffee shop, walkable to the sea. By a quite small street.

FinlandBungalow was extremely dark, dark wood and poor lighting. No kettle. Bathroom simple low roofed and sink very high. Could barely see my face from the mirror. Cleaning could have been better.
Bungalow set in a garden with a private patio. Quiet location, walking distance to the beach. Few small breakfast choices, but tasty. Friendly staff, laundry service on spot. Small pool, saw nobody using it though.

Nice pool, good sized room, lovely owners and comfortable bed. Breakfast was tasty and the aircon did the job.

GermanyYes…there could be more sockets, but it’s not a big problem. The pressure of the shower was sometimes very good, but sometimes very very low, so I had to wash my hair in the sink. What could be improved, but you should know it’s Indonesia and it’s on an island. That’s kinda normal. The light in the room could be brighter…in the evening I had to use my little headlight 😅
The room is very beautiful, the bed very comfortable and the bathroom very big! The breakfast was typical Indonesian and very delicious! The staff was amazing, very welcoming and friendly! I felt like home!! The WiFi was great, perfect for working on a laptop as well. The pool was a nice plus! Everything was clean. I also had a little wardrobe what was nice. Great that you offer the pick up from the ferry, thanks a lot! 🙏

Clean and beautiful property and it also had a nice pool. The rooms were clean and well furnished. The staff is fantastic. They are very helpful, friendly, and go out of their way to make your stay easier and more enjoyable. This property was particularly close to the scuba dive shop we visited often while on the island. It is close to all the good restaurants but far enough off the main road to be peaceful at night. Highly recommend Bunut Bali and would absolutely stay again.
