The hotel has good facilities, however I feel they need a bit more of maintenance. For example, the room has humidity in one of the walls. Also the net to prevent mosquitos were not designed for a king size bed.

Staff was very friendly and they always tried to assist with any request we had. The place was also quiet and perfect for resting after an active day of visiting places in the area.

This place is a gem. It boasts a beautiful area with three swimming pools, a small gym, and an outdoor yoga space. Our deluxe room was spacious, and we loved the outdoor shower feature. Moreover, the staff was extremely polite and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable

We didn’t have very good internet which meant we had to go out a lot to do our trip planning etc but I believe this was just a short term issue and it was getting fixed the day we left

We loved our stay at Budhi Ayu, such a peaceful location and fantastic staff. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures, spacious and very well appointed. The bed was very comfortable and we had a great nights sleep.the whole property has such a peaceful ambience. A special thanks to Sylvia for all her help throughout our stay. Communication from the moment we booked until we checked out was very good. If you're staying in Ubud we would thoroughly recommend Budhi Ayu Villas.

Located 5min walk from Outpost Coworking and Nyuh Kuning area, it was great solution for our 83 day stay. The best thing was the friendly staff that we made good friends with. Also in the area are lots of local warrungs so so eating out our fruit stores are available all around. Not to mention the friendly geckos 🦎 waiting for us :)

There was an animal on our roof, which was a very noisy in the evening. After we called for the stuff help it went away.

The place was cosy! We got a huge room on the second floor, it was really beautiful. A bit far from the centre. We rented scooter at the hotel, and we parked in Ubud centre at the wrong place so our tire was flattened by the police. The stuff was really helpful, and even they gave us an other scooter to use while the other was at repair.

Stairs to the restaurant and stairs to the spa parts without handrails The hair dryer caught on fire and the coffee pot when boiling water the handle became extremely hot. I had to use a T-shirt as a hot pad to pour the water so I wouldn’t burn my hand. Phone didn’t work so to get room service had to walk up the stairs to the restaurant place the order and go back to the room

Distance from Ubud center, but we went there only once anyway so not real problem

WE loved it! It's a hidden gem. It is a small hotel with lovely staff going out of their way to make guests happy. Rooms were big and old-fashioned, there are 3 small swimming pools in the hotel, tasty breakfast, kettle and fridge in the room. There are also some nice additional activities proposed (come and see for yourself). It is possible to have massage in the hotel, there are also some massage places on the main road. Main road going left you have money exchange and minimarket. Everything is well kept and charming. For the price we paid it was really great value for money and I hope to stay there again soon!

Weird bathroom towels that didn’t dry very well…

Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed staying in one of the private villas and it exceeded all our expectations. We stayed here for 3 nights but would have loved a couple extra as we ran out of time to take advantage of all the hotel facilities. The space of the villa and private garden/pool was generous, and my 10-year-old loved being able to have some time out from all the hustle and bustle. Location was a nice surprise, there were plenty of place to eat nearby and my eldest child was busy training at the close-by Muay Thai gym. We took advantage of the rice field walk provided by the hotel and thought it was brilliant (right on your doorstep). We ran out of time and missed out on the other available activities. Comfortable beds, lots of hot water and a filling breakfast each morning. Found having a good-sized fridge very helpful as I would often save my breakfast fruit platter for morning tea. Staff were incredible, we didn’t need much over our stay but whenever we did, they would go out of their way. I hope we can come back.

Traditional look villas with greenery everywhere with swimming pool in the middle. Manager Sylvia and Subhadra and All other staffs had always smile on the face made out stay very comfortable. Vegetarian breakfast was excellent. Deluxe rooms were very big and specious and bathroom was 3mx3m. Swimming pool was cleaned all the time. All king size beds had mosquito net. Large balcony with swimming pool and four chairs and tables. Overall I can not wait to stay there again. It will be memorable stay for us. Free Balanese dressing photo session was the icing on the cake.

A little more variety in the breakfast options would be nice but it was a solid menu and I’m not picky, the food was also great, so not much of a bad thing for me but just something I noted!

The Indonesian breakfast set that I tried was very yummy. The location of the hotel and the atmosphere was beautiful. The rooms were clean and tidy, as well as very comfortable. The staff was also amazing, very kind and helpful! Overall I enjoyed my stay!
