Rooms are far from entrance. Also breakfast could have been better. Long queue for Omlet. Some more Indian items would have helped

We ordered room service and left the tray outside our door and it wasn’t collected for over 24 hours. It was a bit of a walk to the pool, and we kept getting lost going back to our room. Bull ants always on the floor in our rooms. It was a bit noisy of a night time with other guests coming and going from their rooms and fireworks.

The pool area is great. We had an interconnecting room with our kids aged 9 and 16. Close to the supermarket and other shops. Close to the airport.

Disappointed. I couldn't use my hair dryer or the room hair dryer as it caused the power to trip in our room. The surcharge for getting ice delivered to our room. The surcharge for ordering drinks and food poolside.

Loved our stay here, it was a great location, right on the beach. The staff were just beautiful. so friendly and welcoming. Room was great but could have done with a bigger fridge :)

The pool toilet / bathroom was not very clean and smelt bad.

Breakfast was good, lots of variety. Food just needed to be replenished quicker during the rush period.

The beds and pillows not a gd sleep

Beautiful resort beautiful gardens great pool good food excellent housekeeping and front desk and kitchen . But the beds pillow very bad not good . Sadly only thing I didn’t like about bingtang Bali resort Sorry 😞

on our first day, there was no water in bathroom and toilet and repairing was still underway. Not many vegetarian options in breakfast. they have more option for non-vegetarian.

Maybe extend the menu at The Wharf

Returned after a few years away. Excellent service, fantastic facilities, great location. Felt like coming to our 2nd home. The sunsets and kites beachfront are amazing

Food and drinks were a bit overpriced but you only had to walk out in front of the hotel and there were alot of really good restaurants only a short walk away.

The facitility is one of the older hotels in the Kuta area. That being said, the bed was one of the best I've slept in, the pillows phenomenal (I wish I had checked the brand), great shower (powerfull and hot) and the grounds were meticulously cleaned throughout the day. The main courtyard had lots of large shady trees which made chilling on the balcony of our room quite cool and pleasant. Excellent breakfast with so many options and they were switched up every day. Very nice, clean gym Great pool Large private beach looking out on the "Airports" surf breaks. Very reasonable daily rate for Bali.

Pool needs more attention..tiles around side of pool below water lines and below the stage need a good scrub ..mould between all the grout..we are repeat guests to this hotel and pre Covid ,the pool was well kept..previously have given Bintang Resort an excellent review..
