I had $70.00 Australian stolen from my room unfortunately. Very shocking and upsetting as I've never been stolen from before in Bali. I didn't realise there was a locked cupboard I could have used, but honestly thought I could trust the staff that cleaned my room. Ketut handled the situation well. I would prefer not to stay there again

The manager, Ketut was exceptionally helpful when I had a change in my plans because of my injured foot and had alter my dates

The noise level of traffic shocking . They need to build a wall near the front... to help with a sound barrier.

Way too expensive for what it is. Noisy (construction project in front). Dirty common areas (especially the corridors). Bare minimum equipment. Mediocre breakfast. Dirty towels. No garden. Never coming back.

The employees are doing their best.

The room was even worse. It was dirty and smelled musty. The sheets were stained, and there were visible signs of previous guests, including hair in the bed and bathroom. The furniture was old and worn, and the overall cleanliness was appalling. The bathroom was a horror show. Mold was growing in the corners, and the shower curtain was filthy. The towels provided were thin and threadbare, adding to the overall feeling of neglect.

    The pool area is nice.

However, despite these positives, there were aspects of the Inn that did not meet my expectations. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was subpar, which was a significant concern for me. The discomfort of the beds and the outdated condition of the bathrooms further detracted from my overall experience. Although the Inn is situated in a fantastic area and shows great potential, it unfortunately was not the right fit for me due to these shortcomings.

I was initially drawn to Bingin Inn due to its prime location in Uluwatu, Bali, nestled conveniently near excellent fitness facilities, diverse food options, and the beautiful beach. The responsiveness and helpfulness of the staff particularly impressed me. When I faced an issue with the water pressure in my room, they swiftly and efficiently resolved it, demonstrating their dedication to guest satisfaction.

The room was very unattractive. Walls were ugly. Bathroom was very uncomfortable. Water pressure was beyond bad. Door didn’t close. Sink was absolutely filthy. Random doors opened out onto a huge drop which was very weird, and those doors didn’t close either. Corridor area was very odd. As small bird had nested in the top corner and poo was dripping down the walls.

Outside space by the pool was fine. The bed was comfortable enough. Breakfast was a nice touch. Staff were brilliant.

Bathroom a bit on the grotty side but not awful. Just needs a revamp and seems to have the same drainage problems as most places in Bali where the shower water floods the bathroom and takes ages to drain away. It wouldn't put me off staying there again though!

Cute little hotel, basic but clean and has everything you need. Staff are very friendly and helpful! Perfect location for walking to the beach, shops, gyms etc

The pictures at booking don’t match the reality. It wasn’t really clean, specially the bathroom. The sheets and towels smelled good, but with a lot of stains. The last 2 days, we woke up really early, coughing a lot, with our room filled with smoke, due to a fire behind the hotel. There was no one at the reception, then when the staff we asked for help and they didn’t care at all, they didn’t even understood the word fire and kept texting or ignoring me, or passing the cards first to start their shift. We tried to have our breakfast in the garden, since it was impossible to stay in the room and then the ashes started falling all over the place. Everything in our room, clothes, backpacks… were smelling like smoke. We had to fly back home like this! Do not stay here!

Really noisy place, not suitable to rest, you can hear everybody talking at the pool, the staff laughing and talking, there are works next to the property, the road is really close. Rooms are not soundproof, the door has space for bugs and mosquitoes come into the room. Lot of light coming into the room really early as there is a window with no curtain. The room really need some reparations, specially the bathroom. Bad smells coming from the bathroom. The breakfast is in a really small place next to the door of the property, there is only one person preparing it, the first day we waited for an hour, and they got my order wrong even if you have to handle a paper the day before with what you want. The coffee included in the breakfast is awful.

The pool is nice, the friendly staff.
