it really needs some renovation. the walls are full of mold and it wasn't really the most comfortable stay. I would suggest to renovate the rooms as the location is great and they could charge more money.

It was very very basic, it should not have cost me what it did but unfortunately it was basically the only place available on these dates. The pillows were stained and I didn’t want to use them.

It was the bare minimum really - a bed and a bathroom! Not too bad a location, near to Padang and other good restaurants and beaches. The staff were sweet. Did the job

Our room was the 204 which doesn’t have window. The environment was very heavy and humid, and also dark during mornings. There was a mosquito in the room.

Hot water was very valuable for us. Great location. Comfortable beds and pillows. Good a/c.

The staff showed unfriendliness and did not respond on booking.com. Upon arrival, they were unaware of the booking and provided a different room. I strongly discourage choosing this place.

Unfortunately the room was very dirty, probably not cleaned properly before my arrival. Bedding was decent but not ideal. The property is currently being refurbished therefore it is a bit messy and could get noisy in the morning. I appreciated the staff explaining the situation, however the room was not great and insects could come in and out.

Large room and large bathroom. Great location close to the beach and the main road with restaurants and amenities. The property is a bit isolated on a side road that does not have lights at night - as most places in the area - but it is still pretty easy and convenient to walk around and reach the beach on foot.

whacky place, that needs to be deep cleaned. first day was a really bad smell in front of our room. but that disaperead somehow luckily on the second day, but for cheap budged traveling was fine. Would never bring a girl here though !

Here for 8 days, room wasn't cleaned once, bathroom bin not emptied in all this time. Maybe leave a brush in the room so any sand can be swept out by the guests. Still good value for money.

Nothing - exactly as expected for the price

The room was massive and clean, seen a lot of reviews about mould, we didn’t have any (room 110 was perfectly clean) We had a massive bathroom with a warm shower, and there was a fridge in the room! Some people complain. But what do you expect when you’re paying half the price than other places in the area Good for people on a budget that are not planning to spend much time in the room The WiFi works well and the staff were really helpful

EVERYTHING WAS AWFUL. Mold everywhere. Bed bugs. Broken facilities. Couldn’t even use the shower because it was too nasty.

extremely dangerous conditions of the rooms, as well as the aggressive and impolite owner. the beds have BEDBUGS, which have ruined my holiday, there is MOLD covering more than HALF of the surfaces, that has made it very hard to breathe and i am now SICK, and i can barely breathe due to that. this is incredibly dangerous. moreover, they rented me a bike, and it was fully broken, and i almost risked an accident. the lights didn’t work, and they claimed they work. i showed them that the lights didn’t work and they got aggressive and laughed at my face.

Crawlers, socket too far from the bed. Needed to wait for towel but wasted 1 hour to receive it and wanted to do my laundry too since booking.com website I saw they provide laundry service but in hotel they told that I need to go myself to do it, not good service

I was going with my friends (a couple) and they ended up sleeping in my room that had two beds because their room smelled so bad of mould and had 1.000.000 mosquitoes. We have all stayed in many places in bali and we are used to mosquitoes. But this was crazy! Both rooms had mould and was not great. But if you have to stay at one of them, then take the two beds room.

Not much. With the location it has great potential, but it really needs a fix up.
