Just need to be careful stepping down into bathroom. Easy to slip if floor is wet.

A lovely boutique hotel, the individual huts were so cute with everything you need.

The bath tiles may need to have some non-slip matting provided so no accidents occur on the wet flooring. Other than that there was nothing else to mention.

The view and pool were spectaular, the breakfast was plentiful and very nice. The pool and its surrounding furniture were kept clean, the grounds were immaculate and very well looked after.

Staff are amazing, they were always happy and fun to be around, also very helpful as well. The position is amazing, outlook over the water with lovely deck to eat and drink. Loved the open air bathroom as well.

There were a few sharp cracked tiles in the pool which the manager assured me was going to be fixed. The food in the restaurant could be better

The shower pressure as it was not strong but we loved it being outdoor

All was fantastic. The view just gorgeous, the breakkie yummy and pool Devine. Easy access to mushroom bay. Staff happy to assist with everything and we rented a bike direct with them which allowed us to explore the islands

Food quality could improve Lunch on the first day was very ordinary Nachos was poor No option of hand towels and face clothes. Just one bathtowel Not easy to refresh pool towels. Never offer a top up coffee or tea at breakfast. One top up should be included. Bed not overly comfortable but not terrible

Location was good Quiet and private 2 pool options one overlooking the sea. Easy to hire scooters and washing done Always plenty of toilet paper which is good. Room made up every day was good Manager greets everyone regularly. Nice Pizza

There were many of the tiles in the pool that were broken, so we got quite a few cuts on our feet and knees. Fortunately, it didn't affect our daughter other than once.

The view was amazing. The staff were nice and helpful. Our hut was spacious and the outdoor bathroom was great.

The tiles in the bathroom were extremely slippery. I think you need to provide some non slip mats.

The bed wasn’t very comfortable. The restaurant served very basic food but it was very cheap.

Bay Shore Huts was great value for money! Location was great, staff were lovely and the pool and the beach front pool was awesome. Restaurant on the beach front was handy for drinks and basic meals. The huts were cleaned daily and staff were attentive. We booked a snorkelling tour and hired a scooter through the resort which we were really happy with.

Handrails around pool and stairs to huts

lovely Balinese accommodation ocean front - but no direct beach access. 2 pools - if you have accessibility issues these may not be good for you as there is no handrail to get into the pool. Same for the huts there are a few steps but no handrails to help you. Huts were lovely and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Outside toilet and shower the tiles can get a bit slippery with the shower water so be careful. good size breakfast omlette, fruit, toast tea and coffee. happy hour drinks are not 2 for 1 but are cheaper than the normal rate.

Here are a few things that could be improved, in my opinion: - Bed (when using a double bed, you can feel the movements of the person you are sharing the bed with, such as when they roll over). - Shower: bit slippery inside the bathroom, adding 1 extra towel could help, for example.

The place is very green. It's simple but cozy. Good location (but you still need a bike/taxi to travel around the island). The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is clean. Nice sea view from the pool area.

Would be great to have a rail on the steps to the room as my mum struggled and bathroom gets very wet when showering so we just put our pool towels on the ground so we didn’t slip . Honestly small problems that did not ruin our stay there and will definitely be back .

4 ladies travelling, Yorman looked after us right from the start. Rooms clean and spacious, 2 pools and not crowded, beautiful gardens, good food, friendly, great view on the beach, short walk to Mushroom Bay. Lots of restaurants and spas nearby. Great spar at the hotel too. Couldn’t fault this place, highly recommend.
