Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Great location, 5 min walk to beach and shopping centre (when you go the right way). Two very nice pools with swim up bars. Good breakfast. Overall, reasonable value for money and would stay there again.

AustraliaThe hotel room looks like once upon a time it was a grand hotel with all the mod cons. However, it lacks TLC now it looks tired and needs a makeover. The hotel entrance isn't great if you're taking little ones, the street outside is very busy and nothing to stop them running out.
Location was great...Pools were awesome. Staff friendly and helpful. Great bars and shops minutes away. Breakfast in bed was beautiful and a great price. The rooms were cleaned every day. The balcony was a little sun trap.

New ZealandThe TV channels were not tuned properly. There must have been a build-up of water in the aircon because it was dripping and I would be bitten by heaps of mosquitoes in my sleep. Would have been nice to have an accommodation folder with information in each room letting us know about the list of services, printed menu and recommendations for site seeing. Mosquito repellant a must.
Room layout, pool access, all staff and breakfast were amazing. Rooms were kept tidy and amenities topped up all the time. Loved the facilities always kept clean and the staff were always helpful.

Central to Kuta, we love being so close to all the action and all the restaurants, cafes and attractions. Staff were so lovely, price was great for what we got. Very happy. Room was cleaned daily. They changed our sheets when asked and the laundry service was great.

AustraliaThere was a few small maintenance issues such as the frame for the sliding door to our balcony was detaching from the wall, and the outside chair slips from the wall.
The location is fantastic - very convenient, central to everything, just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, bars, the shopping centre, etc., and still walking distance to attractions like Waterbom. The breakfasts were quite good, with plenty of food options available. The room service prices were quite good, with many options available, and this was also true of the swim up bar.
