Great location, excellent service as in dining, pools and massages,great customer service and very friendly, excellent breakfast and other resturant service, so friendly and helpful to the fullest staff. Very clean. My only gripe not huge but bigger bathroom towels would be good😀

We were upgraded to the superior room with a big bed with garden view. Excellent shower and nice breakfast. The Board walk restaurant offers a beautiful sunset wiew. The spa offers massages at an excelent price. From the hotel, you can walk to Jerman beach that is for me the best urban beach in Kuta.

Fabulous location on the beach with a boardwalk to enjoy every day. The gardens were very relaxing and full of birdlife. The spa prices were amazing, the staff professional and the ambiance was very relaxing.

Beds could have been softer but being picky!! I really think that in most instances this resort would meet the needs of the majority of travelers.

The pillows. It would be nice to have some different options for pillow thickness.

The gardens were beautiful and well looked after. The breakfast also kept the kids happy with slight changes each day. It had a great vibe and we will definitely be coming back here for our next visit to Bali

The property is a traditional Bali hotel with a modern update. The gardens are beautiful and well kept. The staff make you feel so welcome and are exceptionally friendly. The pools are well maintained, and pool service by the staff is fantastic. The prices for a resort are also very good value.

When we arrived the room offered did not have a garden view as per our booking and as a consequence we asked for a change to a garden view room which they arranged for us the next morning.

Pool Area was Good. The choice of inhouse restaurants was great. The Board Walk was the best and the Damar a close second.

It hasn't changed since we were last here 6 years ago, rooms clean and modern. Nothing any trouble for the staff, breakfast was great especially the omlettes! Pools were great and not busy which was good for us. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone. See you next time

The coffee was awful!

The location was amazing, loved the beach being right at your door step. The staff were amazing and very accommodating. The bars and restaurants were great too and we will definitely be staying here again in the future.

By one of the swimming pools not enough sunbeds and people leave their things on them and go away for long periods of time. Nobody says anything to them even though there’s notices

Location was great. Walking distance of many things. Large front reception area for easy access to taxi or van with driver. Helpful, happy and respectful staff.
