Spacious and functional. Decent cleanliness, a very good shower, working kitchen, clean water, AC work well. Mattreess on thr main bedroom and pillows need an update tho. All in all, worth the money

The unit had been recently renovated and had everything we need for our stay. All though not at the beach we were able to walk to the beach without any problem. The unit did not include breakfast but there were plenty of places within easy walking of the unit.

Some maintenance/repairs are needed. Sink blocked. Sheets had stains & holes (they had been washed but were worn). There were no bedside lamps as there are no electric sockets & there could have been more furniture in the bedroom and shower room to put stuff. The water in the pool is hot, so not so refreshing. The crockery and cutlery needs replacing and make sure clean between guests.

Good size bedrooms, both with large ensuite shower rooms. Large living area with nice patio doors and small terrace. Comfortable beds & sofa. Nice table & chairs in kitchen area. Large fridge freezer. TV. Lounge area had 2 fans, each bedroom had aircon. Bedrooms had wardrobe. Clothes airer. Kitchen has kettle, hobs, toaster, crockery, pans, cutlery. Small swimming pool. Easy walk to beach. Only 3 min walk to local warung that does buffet style rice & choice of toppings for 10,000idr. Staff were helpful and friendly. Cleaning was daily.

Great location very peaceful block of apartments. Basic but fully equipped, very fast stable wifi, water dispenser you can refill whenever you like. Nice pool not very big but OK for a cool off. Apartment very clean,bedding,pillows etc all fresh and clean. I'd stay here again.

WiFi wasn’t great but I do recognise that they are aware and trying to remedy the situation by offering multiple extensions to join. I wasn’t told about or shown the swimming pool and discovered it by accident on my last day. The cleanliness was let down a bit but the presence of dropped hair in the rooms most notably in the bathrooms.

Staff are super lovely, location is ideal - convenient and very quiet. Each bedroom having an en-suite was an unexpected bonus. Kitchen is fully equipped, balcony was lovely. will absolutely come back, fantastic value for money

Definitely, the worst and dirtiest place I stayed at Bali. Mold and mold smell everywhere!!! I have become ill after few nights staying there! Dirty pillowcases and sheets with grubs!! Towels with bad smell! The curtain in the bathroom is all dirty. Even the dishes and glasses were dirty! Do NOT recommend. Took some pictures to show the "cleanliness" of the room.

The pool was located at the back of the property, accessible by descending stairs and navigating through a corridor on the ground floor, which didn't feel very welcoming. We had booked for 8 nights but chose to leave after 3, as the place didn't quite suit our tastes (no refund, our choice). The ambiance leaned more towards that of an aged city apartment block than the Balinese experience we were hoping for.

The bedrooms were the only areas with air conditioning, and each had an ensuite bathroom. The kitchen had essential utensils for cooking and included a water dispenser, which was appreciated. The dining and lounge areas were spacious enough and offered a decent level of comfort. Staff were friendly and could be contacted through WhatsApp. Some good places to eat close by - The Firestation (good), Jepun Sanur (great!), Tapha warung (fabulous!)

It need to be renovated! Totally different than on pictures! With mold on walls, dirty sofa, etc. Now there is a new owner and place turned into something very much Jakarta style, where make economy on everything, even trash bin bags, etc.

The staff is super friendly! It’s quite big and comfortable for a family! The location is good.

Staff were welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived to our departure. We experienced an issue with the air condition in one bedroom and within 20 mins of contacting the manager we were offered a different apartment with assistance to move with staff help, we accepted and were very happy with the outcome. Disappointed in the room - not like the photos on Booking.com. Very dated & in need of a bit of TLC. Sheets were stained, curtains falling off the rails, bathrooms were dirty (one had ants all over the window area) our balcony looked out at a building wall that we could practically touch. The pool area was very small with only 2 loungers.

We liked everything.

We originally wanted to stay couple of days near the Sanur beach to get easy access to Nusa Penida transportation, however we end up extending to 4 days. We came here again few days later to stay for few more weeks. All the staffs including the day and night staff, were very helpful. The apartment manager was very polite and helpful and provided us a lot of useful information and suggestions, she was very approachable and only a call or message away if we needed anything during all of our stay. The apartment is very close to many restaurants, spas and supermarket but it's still very quiet. The beach is only 6-7 minute by walk. The apartment was very clean, well maintained with everything in order and working well. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the needed utensils. I also liked the fact that even the ground floor units have its own little private backyard with plants, chairs and place to hang clothes. They also supply free water with water cooler in the room, which is not usual for Bali. Getting to airport, Kuta or other part of Bali is super easy with Gojek or Grab. Overall, this was clearly the best place during our stay in Bali and it's like home away from home for us. Thank you to the Apartment manager and their staff to make our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again.

property was very quiet, even though we were right in Sanur. Apartment was clean everything worked and most of all it was peaceful.

when we arrived there were no staff at the property to check us in, we waited over an hour and had to ask the hotel next door to call the manager to come and check us in. when we checked in the room hadn’t been made up, the bed sheets were dirty and we weren’t given the room we booked. we left for an hour to let the manager and cleaner make up the room and were much happier when we returned. the only other disappointing thing was the air con didn’t really work in the bed room and there are only fans in the living area so it could get quite hot.

it’s big and spacious and close to the beach and lots of bars, restaurants and shops. the manager and staff were also very nice. we were allowed late check out at no extra cost.

We felt at home. The apartment was fantastic. It contained everything that we could wish for. It was spotlessly clean. The friendly team that looked after us were amazing. The position was perfect for the beach, restaurants and shopping. The warm private pool was icing on the cake.
