Location makes you feel like you are in the middle of the jungle but it is actually close to the city. Beautiful wooden villas and cottages in lushious greenery and nature. We were sorry to leave. We stayed in cute little wooden cottage (budget room) and loved it.

This place can be slightly uncomfortable at the beginning due to insects and some sounds around. But that is nature and it is the beauty of the stay.

The location is serene with a rice field view. The staff is super friendly and I loved the spacious terrace with a little kitchenette. I also found the swimming pool beautiful and well maintained.

After spending 2 nights in the Villa, I decided to extend my stay and booked 2 more nights in the smaller bungalow in the back of the garden. Here you feel even more like sleeping in the jungle. I even had a firefly in my room one night! No bugs or mosquitoes though, the mosquito net works very well. From the open air bathroom I could see the super bright moon, a magical sight! Breakfasts continued to be amazing, now even brought up to my little balcony. I can recommend to walk through the ricefields from here as well (not only the ridge walk and the paddies from Ubud). If you take a right when you walk out of the property and just follow the concrete path, you will reach a street with lots of art galleries, the NEKA art Museum and some excellent restaurants.

After spending many nights in airconditioned rooms, it was heavenly to sleep in fresh air! The guesthouse is located in a small village not too far from Ubud. You can make beautiful walks in the ricefields and there are plenty of restaurants in the area. The villa is very spacious and the garden is beautiful. I enjoyed a morning swim in the almost private pool. Putu and Kadek made the most delicious vegan breakfasts. Every day something else and always fantastic.

Just as a warning, as the rooms are located in nature nad open on nature, it comes with animals noise and some insects visiting. Nothing scary at all AND the mosquito net works perfectly but might be unpleasant for some people.

A little gem nested in the middle of the rice field and nature. From the room, nature is everywhere. The room was very clean and comfortable. It is a very quiet place. The manager Kadek is very nice and accommodating. Breakfast is a dream. Ubud centre Is located 20mins away walking (and it is a pleasant one) or 5mins with a cheap scooter taxi.

The perfect place to stay in Ubud. Beautiful garden and swimming pool. Very quiet and clean. The owner are very kind and helpfull. The handmade breakfast are delicious!! We recommended for 100% this BnB in the middle of rice terrace!! 🙏 We hade really good time there!

Wonderful place in the middle of the rice fields, so lush and quiet and beautifully decorated. Delicious breakfasts every morning, so beautifully prepared and brought with so much kindness. Set in a beautiful garden. One of three cottages, but very private. Still in Bali but outside the main tourist area. Delicious vegan meals, everyday a different delicious breakfast. Kadak was very helpful. I will return.

Nothing not to like about this place. E aware though it does not have a/c but only fans. Not a problem when we were there as there is always a fresh brise and temperatures were not too hot.

Wonderful garden and a beautiful pool. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. beautiful houses all build from natural materials. Felt like in the old days. Enjoying a drink or a coffee in the balcony or the terrace with view into the lush garden or the rice paddy fields.

There was no gym, only a shed with some rusty weights, which was really a minus for us who had chosen Firefly psrtly because they saod they had one. The pool was also not very attractive.

Kadek and his wife really made our stay wonderful, from the beautiful breakfast every morning to the flowers on the clean tables every day. The bungalow was very spacious and offered beautiful outside areas overlooking the garden.

A wonderful BnB set within spectacular gardens and tranquil location amongst the paddy fields, surrounded by wildlife. Excellent breakfast served in a beautiful spot by the pond. The best we had in Bali! Kadek was a friendly, kind and helpful host. Would definitely stay here again if ever back in Ubud

- no air-conditioner - when there is heavy rain and thunder during the night - it isn’t very pleasant to sleep. windy, loud, even a bit scary :)

absolutely wonderful stay, beautiful setting and the best breakfasts I’ve had in my life. the flora is absolutely idyllic - don’t look anywhere else book here for a stay in Ubud. you’re a 25 minute stunning walk to town center and the village you’re in has stunning rice paddy walks and cute cafes
