Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We’re currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil, and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United Arab EmiratesAs mentioned above
The room is clean, and the bed is comfy, but the hotel provides only two bottles a day if you need more, you have to pay 17000 for a bottle. Not supposed to be as I never pay in other hotels and they provide as much as we want. The shower room was smelly on the first day but it was ok after. THe water is salty and we can't boil for tea or coffee so we have to boil the bottle water hotel provides. And we have to buy water from outside shope which are very cheap if you compare with hotel price. This is the first hotel I stay and have to pay for extra water bottle. They provided a laundry package of 100000 for 20pcs, which I used. Thank you.

United States of America- The Internet was generally OK, but very slow about 25% of the nights (especially on weeknights after 9pm; maybe guests watched Neftlix?), and unusable a couple nights for a few hours. - There were insects in the beginning of my stay (fruit flies and ants, despite not having any food in the room), but a few days after the staff fumigated the premises, they mostly disappeared. Ants are a problem in most places in Bali. - Depending on where your room is, there can be noise. You'll have to choose between noise from the neighboring construction if your room is on that side of the hotel, or occasional screaming at the pool as late as 8pm if your room faces the pool. I requested a quiet room and got one facing the pool. The windows don't provide much sound insulation. There was actually a 1cm GAP in the window. - The fitness room is small and has outdated equipment: 1 treadmill, 1 stationary bike that wobbles when you bike on it, one elliptical machine with the display set to Turkish (and no visible option to change the language), one multi-function exercise machine with such little chest press range of motion as to be useless, one bench, and 4 free weights. The elliptical machine was the most usable, but it would also randomly stall once every few minutes for a few seconds. Not a big problem. - The mini-fridge in the room didn't cool at all. - There's a light in the ceiling that can't be turned off (it goes dim). You need to unscrew the bulb if you want a dark bedroom at night, and screw it back in for light in the evening. Or bring an eye mask if you need one for sleep. - The mattresses were rather stiff. - Bad smell in the bathroom if you keep the door closed. - The window in my room had a 1cm gap even when fully closed - The TV was old (34" Sharp Aquos, 1080p) but functional - The A/C doesn't manage to bring CO2 levels under 1000ppm. You have to open the window.
+ Location: 2 minutes walk to the Trans Studio Mall, which has several clothing retailers, lots of home appliances if you happen to need a microwave oven or washer, a KKV beauty/snacks store, and a bunch of eateries. No grocery store, but on the ground floor there's a store that sells water bottles should the two daily bottles included in the hotel stay prove insufficient. 10 minutes walk to The Bar, a gym with all the weightlifting equipment I needed. + In the room, the desk was wide, deep and smooth enough to be used for laptop work, and the chair does fit under the desk while you sit on it, with a tiny bit of clearance. The chair was cushioned, though not ergonomic for more than ~four hours of computer use. + Good shower pressure and temperature + Universal power outlets in the room accommodate US plugs + The Internet didn't require any passport or stupid daily reauthentication as many hotels force upon you + The pool area can be relaxing during the daytime (until the mosquitoes start being active), albeit there are no cushions on the lounge chairs. You need to ask the staff for pool towels. They aren't readily available. + Good breakfast buffet, a mix of Indonesian and American: chicken, rice, soup, toast, milk and cereal, boiled sausage, cheese, croissants and other patisseries, spa water, fruit and fruit juices; omelette and pancake stations + The staff was very pleasant and generally helpful. There were a few mixups one time but nothing major. + Great laundry service offer - 20 pieces for 100k IDR, ready same or next day. + Fun floating breakfast option, around 125k++. I celebrated my birthday morning that way, and the staff was super nice and got me a free Happy Birthday cake!

SingaporeThe pool was horribly cold. Too cold to swim in comfortably. Long wait for pool towels as they were not placed at the Pool Bar Counter, which does not operate at all. Though the bedsheets were fresh, the bed quilt was old, stained and dirty-looking. Only two hangers in the cupboard. Please provide more.
Big clean hotel entrance with ample parking space. Location is convenient to anywhere by scooter. Pretty nice local hotel. It was an international buffet breakfast with almost similar foods sereved each day. All the hotel staff was very pleasant and courteous. I prefered the garden view, which offers me a sunset view rather than the pool view. I was given a room with a pool view at check-in when I had specifically mentioned that I did not want a pool view due to the noise coming from the pool. We went to request for a change of room and Chox kindly accommodated our request immediately. Thank you Chox for facilitating the change of room.

United States of AmericaIt gets very noisy with kids in pool from 630 am till after 8 pm - impossible to sleep in day when you jet lagged after 30 hrs off flying - they should really keep this under control for other guests - 630 am pool hours are unacceptable - kids screaming also unacceptable !!!
Very good value - great services - incredible helpful staff
