Very good location in Jakarta Selatan. Good breakfast. Nice view from the roof-top restaurant. Nice swimming pool and gym. But most of all - exceptionally kind and helpful staff.

Facility in the Gym aren’t working

I like the fact that Avissa is located at the center of the city. It was convenient! The hotel is clean and comfortable, the staffs are super friendly and helpful.

Location was a bit out however there is a big Korean shopping mall 7 mins walk ( which we really liked) . Some issues with our air con, pillows could be more comfortable

They had construction while I was sleep next door I had to call them and ask for stop as they used a lot of machinery tools but it was only 3 days and they respected when I complained and stopped

The towel was not really washed properly, and our room towels were greyish in colour (from being white). The TV remote control was not working well, so it was difficult to switch on the TV. Hope that the hotel can look into changing to newer towels.

Breakfast was good and changes daily. Walking distance to Lotte Mall Avenue.

My one and only gripe is the street noise. Next time I book, I'll ook the other side of the hotel. But the views of the city from the 7th Floor are extraordinary.

Flexibility and the professional nature of the staff. In particular the gentleman at reception. I would offer him employment for my business if it were in Indonesia. Keep up the good work.

Hotel amenities is a bit rundown in terms of toilets and furniture. TV is not smart TV but there is a lot of channels.

Location is great, right in-front of a few cafes, roadside stalls, shop outlets and Circle K! There is also a laundry nearby and opposite of Lotte Mall Kuningan that is just 8mins walk. You can easily walk to RDTX Tower and RDTX Square hence a great location if you have meetings in this area. Buffet breakfast menu changes everyday, and I stayed for 5 days.

Bathrooms were in poor condition. Not clean. We asked to change our first room due to the unclean bathroom and the air conditioner breaking down. Then the second room bath water was not DRAINING. Had to call hotel staff later at night. They were able to kindly help us

The breakfast offerings, gym, and pool facilities were good. Wished the rooms and bathrooms were cleaner or maintained better.

Room towels was not really clean (look dark) when it is suppose to be white color. The wash basin stoppers stuck and hard time to release and have to get your hotel staff to troubleshoot. Clothes hangers not enough (only 3 pcs), min to use have at least 6 pcs.

Location is quite near to shopping mall, within walking distance.
