My regret point is the room which I stayed in was excluding the most crucial factor in my priority list, which is the breakfast. Had to pay extra to get it.

1. Spacious room for an individual traveler. 2. Strong wi-fi signal. 3. Friendly staff. 4. Sufficient amenities. 5. Nearby shopping mall, within a walking distance.

My room is so nice, but I dislike how noisy it can be. I can hear those st*p*d modified motors roaring like their owner's empty head. I wish the government would do something about it, but Indonesian policemen never do anything about it and it becomes like "culture" for st*p*d. And I hope there's bigger table for me to do my work. I also wish there's Kompas TV for the channel, maybe there is? But I couldn't find it Everything is great in Atria, except for the noise and the gym, it's a bit too small and it doesn't look anything like the photo

Excellent place! It near the mall, that's why I chose it in the first place, I didn't expect much from this, because almost all the photos I saw in the booking always looked perfect, but actually it's not really nice in the real life, but NOT for ATRIA! I like it! It really is great! I love it here and I wish my stay would be longer, but since I traveled for work, nothing much I could do. But hopefully, someday, I can travel solo and do more exploration there. The staff are SUPER NICE and SUPER HELPFUL! Full of smiles and brighten my day! The food is great! But I hope there will be more authentic Indonesian food such as lontong, gado-gado, pempek, otak-otak, etc, the breakfast is great, but too fancy for me. I wish for more Indonesian street food in the future. My room is so nice, I wish it's my own room for ever.

The variety of food that can be ordered via room service is not much. Besides that, maybe the hotel can considering to add places/rack to hang the towel inside the bathroom.

Location is near shopping mall. Newly renovated room. Internet WiFi connection speed is good, able to play Diablo IV, watch streaming movies with VPN :) Bubur Benteng is their best!!

Check in time ar 14.00/2.00 pm, booking for 4 rooms only 2 rooms were ready at 2 pm. Next 2 rooms are ready at 3.05 pm by standing at check in counter. Swimming pool outdoor, but the water were too cold.

AC. It was so hot in our rooms (2nd floor), I had to call the staff for more than 3 times and still did not fix the issue, I couldnt sleep and the hotel didnt do anything about it until the next day when they finally moved us to different rooms.

The breakfast has many varieties, my 2 year old niece enjoyed the meal, the taste was ok for me.
