Booked two rooms (separate arrival dates), prepaid. Had to pull up emails, paid confirmations, 6 months old statements and reception still tried to tell me I needed to pay. We traveled almost 30 hours and then spent another 45 exhausting minutes at the lobby trying to get our room from a confused staff member. Not the best start.

The decor was beautiful, with a large open room. A large shower (not common) with spacious bathroom. I had warm towels and ammenities brought up to me once I had checked in. Staff were gracious and welcoming. The bed was supremely comfortable as well.

As soon as you enter the hotel, you see a pool behind the reception, it looks fantastic, unfortunately, the pool is behind the reception with a glass that means every person coming in can see people in the pool, if that wasn’t enough on the opposite site people sit & eat, who can also watch you through a glass, so both areas feel uncomfortable to use the pool, unless you are a kid.

- Great Breakfast & also great choices for dinner - You can do your own laundry if you wish to at the 7th floor - Room and bathroom very spacious - 2 complementary water bottles each day - lots of varieties of tea available in the room - Disposable Tooth Brush & Tooth Paste provided everyday while cleaning - Blue Bird Taxi always ready to take you to places - Textil Museum is just around the corner - about 12-15 minutes of walk

Nothing but pls Improve in shuttle that they recommend to the taxi que at hotel to go airport we got scam by taxi driver. We told to them terminal T2 but driver scam us to T3 , we notice it's wrong the taxi still left us there.. so we have to get another taxi to terminal T2 and pay another fare . For massage service they sent us someone name Ruby dont know how to massage.. so sad.. but that was only bad experience not from hotel staff but outsider.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Outside area it is a little busy, but the hotel is like a little tranquil oasis. Restaurant downstairs has good food as well - we only stayed for a night

the area was a little old and so much noises from cars and clubs i guess near by but the good thing it was close to the airport so yeah thats a plus

the breakfast was great and a lot of choicses however i wished i could find some arabic foods like foul and shashokah and tea with milk thats arabic you know somthing for all tastes

The coffee selection in the breakfast should include cappuccino. I had to pay extra for it. The acoustic in the room was abit poor, I could hear the person next door snoring.

The breakfast selection starts 6am which is good for business travellers. It was very good with a balanced selection and fresh. Taxi booking was also very prompt whenever I asked for a booking. Location is near to local mall Sarinah and surrounded with street foods. The aircon switch was a digital one.

Amazing staff, so accommodating and they even put a cake in my room and a hand drawn card for my birthday just seeing my date of birth on my passport! Really clean, incredible value for money!!! Would absolutely stay again!

Just a detail: but the pool temperature is a bit on the cold side.

The overall value for money is great. It is a beautiful hotel with clean and luxurious facilities. Also the staff is very friendly and helpful. A big bonus are the free laundry facilities.

I think the swimming pool would be better enjoyed with warmer water. As it is indoor, and easily maintained (I noticed the plants are not real, but that's ok), maybe invest a bit on making sure the water is optimal for swimming. It is just too cold!
