Loose tap over hand basin. When showering water leaked from somewhere across floor. Monkeys occasionally create havoc outside.

The matress was very hard and not sleepable. You can also hear your neighbors talking because the roof isn’t connected to the walls.

Bungalows are very old and not clean. I have seen a rat running under the roof from my bed. also the facilities are very old and not clean.

Staff was very kind and helpful with everything and they helped me to find a taxi to another city.

Ground floor rooms are not on the ground floor and are accessible by steps that in part, aren't well lit. Bathrooms need a decent scrub with some bleach due to stains on the bathtub. Key to safe didn't work TV didn't work Bath mats werent supplied and had to ask for one No shower curtain or screen which resulted in bathroom floor being wet

We soon found out the reason the pool is never busy is due to the monkeys. Around 3 times a day monkeys come and raid the entire property. This is definitely not the hotels fault but something to be aware of if you don’t like monkeys! Apparently they don’t bite but I wouldn’t be so sure👀

musquitos- plenty of them in bathroom, bedroom and outdoor. We had our own electric musquito repplient which saved us. You would at least need x2 of them. You need travel adapter as they don't provide it. They also don't provide drinking water, it was a bit of hassle for us with little kids trying to buy bottles of water. Breakfast is small and limited choice. We had small bar fridge, electric kettle and 3 cups, no tea/coffee/sugar supplied.

Nice location, plenty of shops, restaurants just across the road, spacious room and bathroom.Nice little pool and monkey's entertaining our kids.

It rained non-stop for 48hrs, which was disapponting from making the most of time in Ubud. THE MONKEYS. Can be really quite intimidating and will take anything left unattended outside the room on balconies and even snuck into my room, while i was resting. This is more an issue for Ubud than hotel per se, but if you are scared of monkey's, there may be places a little further away from monkey forest which have fewer visits

Lots of very large ants, bugs and geckos in the room. Bathroom was quite outdated and rundown. Some stains on the bedsheets.

1. The washroom door took a lot of force to open/close (No lock). 2. Shower head was broken, no bidet available to bath. 3. The main door to the room could not close completely (due to a crack) and lizards / mosquitos got through. 4. Wifi speed was slow. 5. Complimentary water could be provided at an additional cost. 6. The wardrobe provided had doors misaligned and hence could not be used / locked. 7. The aircon was noisy. 8. Bathtub water drainage was choked/faulty. 9. Gangs of monkeys raid the place multiple times a day.

Location: Very good, close to Monkey forest and central Ubud. Rooms were big. Beds were clean and cover/sheets OK. 2 stands was provided to dry clothes. Views around are lush with greenary. SMART TV was available. Limited breakfast options, but food quality was OK. Staff were very polite and helpful

It's a nice location next to Monkey Forest. But the other side of the coin that monkeys are coming to the hotel: make noise, fight with tourists and may even steal your stuff.
