The place itself is very convenient..Location is great, big pool and decent gym. People working there are friendly and the check-in process is easy. Mariam’s room is cozy and has everything you might need and she will respond to any questions in a fast manner. When I’m coming back to Jakarta I’ll certainly be staying at her place again. 💪🏻

Very good location if you want to stay close to the international airport. Food market and malls nearby. It has a great swimming pool which is free of charge. And Mariam is a very helpful and nice host. Thank you for a pleasant first stay in Jakarta!

Guests with motorcycle are not recommended to stay at this apartment building. The security guards were unfriendly towards a family member of mine. He had problems when he wanted to get out because it didn't accept payments with QRIS. Only bank cards and cash are accepted. So if you don't have them, you can't go out.

The apartment unit was very clean and was very well equipped. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean, the view from the balcony was nice. And this room is very recommended. The host Ms. Mariam was friendly and helpful. And thank you for the complimentary fruits. 🙏 In short we enjoyed our stay.

Lovely flat near the airport in a vibrant PIK district, with a couple of local markets and tons of different restaurants. Most importantly, the host Miriam - very responsive and so helpful! Very grateful for your understanding and help, Miriam. :)

Mariam was a wonderful host. Her place was very neat - bed was super comfy. Everything you could expect from a 4-star accommodation. Even the smallest amenities were provided. Would recommend staying here.

It is squeaky clean, well-lit, smells nice, and perfectly decorated (not too bare but also not too much). The condition of the property is as described in the picture. Toiletries are also provided. The host is also very responsive, always ready to assist when needed. Bonus: the view is nice :) Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I will definitely come back and recommend this to anyone asking.
