Right next to noisy train. Terrace lights on all night. No dispenser, let alone toilet paper. Apartment not in nearly as good condition as rest of building. Bathroom reeked of bug spray.

The apartment is spotless and comfortable. I appreciated that Deni and Boni replied quickly and efficiently when I asked questions. The studio has everything I asked for: a small balcony to enjoy the mountain view and a kitchen area for me to prepare food. In all, I love to stay in this apartment again if I visit Bandung in the distant future. There is a swimming pool and gym at level 6 to use which is appreciated. The nearest Braga Street took 8 minutes to walk there.

It’s in front of train track, quite annoying especially at night and the train passes by every few minutes.

Quite close to Braga St, despite the street is a bit dark at night. There is a small AlfaMart and cafe next to the lobby.

The towels and kitchen wäre was bit old and needs to be replaced. You can hear early morning prayer around 4 - 4 30 am. The toiletries were missing.

The location and the building premise is really nice. There is a supermarket and a restaurant in the premise. The room was okay, good for the price paid.

Since it is next to the train track, be ready to hear loud sound anytime during night and day. they provided some bowls, plates, cutleries, need to clean them up. Dry yolk leftover on the edge of bowl, dry rice on the spoon. I needed to soak in hot and soapy water before use them. Some bad odor from the kitchen sink, it goes to dining and bedroom.

Location is perfect, alot of food chain restaurant nearby. We can get local cuisine, chinese, even western cuisine. The unit was clean, except there was bad odor from the sink .

No hangars in the toilet. Kitchen would needs more cabinets on the wall to put kitchen aminties. The building needs to have a concierge in between the owners. Whoever needs the concierge, should be able to find it, for a fixed amounts of money. The furniture generally is not as good as should have been. The most important part, I suggest to the owners to hire staff who can speak English. Many kids in Indonesia have good level of English, that would make the residence more attractive.

The location is the best. Having a sycurity system in the building makes it more comfortable. The Alpha mart shop is an additional advantage to the residence.

*TV remote battery wasn’t checked. When I use it didn’t work. When I contact the staff they say they already gone home and will replace in the morning. In the morning they forgot. *if you bring your own car before park in basement better get your room key first else you won’t be able to enter elevator area *at 11.20 the staff will knock your door continuously until you open the door. It’s just so annoying especially if you are at the bathroom. They just want to check when will you leave

Electricity ration. Cannot use more than 8 kw per day. If 3 A/C run then your power will cut in the last hours.(Caution notice available). Room safety locker not working. Car parking very tedious. But the security help on this to park safely.

The balcony light turns on automatically at night. There is no switch for it. So you must close the curtains. That's a problem if you like to wake up with natural light. They don't provide detergent. Building faces train tracks. Wifi code is hand written, so you can't tell if the letter is: l L i I or 1, o O 0, etc.

Relatively close to Braga street, although the building faces train tracks, and you need to go through an alley to easily get to the Braga area. I liked that there is a washing machine, but they don't provide any detergent.

Location was great, the co host was very friendly. It was an earthquake during my stay, but the security handle it with calm and professional.
