In this apartment parking was count per hour (3,000 IDR per hour) however they have maximum rate per day is 15,000 IDR. So if you frequently in and out from parking lots better to take parking packet 30,000 IDR per day, but if your car stay in apartment better to take flat parking per day 15,000 IDR per day (max.rate per day)

I have stayed for 3 days in Apartemen Tera Residence with my family, the ambience of the room was really cozy and homey. Both of my children loves it due to they could see train and night city view from the balcony. The existing facilities are extraordinary. Fastest wifi, hot water on both bathroom, washing machine, refrigerator, oven, electric stove, cooking utensil, drinking water dispenser (hot and normal), AC in both room, additional bed (futon), hairdryer, iron, and prayer tools (sajada, mukena, sarung and alquran) Location of apartement near to Braga, Taman Lalu Lintas, and others place especially if you love to try street food around the place. Owner and co.host really helpful and communicative. Staff of apartement are friendly and helpful especially parking team. Swimming pool available in this apartment on 6th floor, Alfamart on G floor, and Dapur 33 on G floor (they can delivery to our room)

In the booking.com mentioned that there’s safe deposit box we could use to keep our valuables. However, the safe deposit box in my unit doesn’t work and I asked host about that and he said know nothing. Also they should change towels since old.

Very good location, close to food central and trendy area such as Braga street (less then 5 minutes walking distance). Easy to order grab or gojek if you want to order taxi or food

railway track is next to the apartment and train passs every now and then which may give some people hard time to sleep at the night. A/C stopped working in the evening and when I informed the apartment coordinator, received a strange answer stating that technicians are left for the day and will be available on next day morning only! Being such a huge hotel apartment building, it is astonishing there is not even a single standby technician available. The bed sheets and blankets were old but clean. Felt like frontline staffs need to give little more attention to the guests those who approach them. Remember to keep IDR 250000 as a deposit which is not noticed or mentioned during booking.

The property quite complete with furniture and also clean. From the corridor we can see the view moving train n near by with braga n many place also.

Right next to noisy train. Terrace lights on all night. No dispenser, let alone toilet paper. Apartment not in nearly as good condition as rest of building. Bathroom reeked of bug spray.

The apartment is spotless and comfortable. I appreciated that Deni and Boni replied quickly and efficiently when I asked questions. The studio has everything I asked for: a small balcony to enjoy the mountain view and a kitchen area for me to prepare food. In all, I love to stay in this apartment again if I visit Bandung in the distant future. There is a swimming pool and gym at level 6 to use which is appreciated. The nearest Braga Street took 8 minutes to walk there.

It’s in front of train track, quite annoying especially at night and the train passes by every few minutes.

Quite close to Braga St, despite the street is a bit dark at night. There is a small AlfaMart and cafe next to the lobby.

The towels and kitchen wäre was bit old and needs to be replaced. You can hear early morning prayer around 4 - 4 30 am. The toiletries were missing.

The location and the building premise is really nice. There is a supermarket and a restaurant in the premise. The room was okay, good for the price paid.

Since it is next to the train track, be ready to hear loud sound anytime during night and day. they provided some bowls, plates, cutleries, need to clean them up. Dry yolk leftover on the edge of bowl, dry rice on the spoon. I needed to soak in hot and soapy water before use them. Some bad odor from the kitchen sink, it goes to dining and bedroom.

Location is perfect, alot of food chain restaurant nearby. We can get local cuisine, chinese, even western cuisine. The unit was clean, except there was bad odor from the sink .

No hangars in the toilet. Kitchen would needs more cabinets on the wall to put kitchen aminties. The building needs to have a concierge in between the owners. Whoever needs the concierge, should be able to find it, for a fixed amounts of money. The furniture generally is not as good as should have been. The most important part, I suggest to the owners to hire staff who can speak English. Many kids in Indonesia have good level of English, that would make the residence more attractive.

The location is the best. Having a sycurity system in the building makes it more comfortable. The Alpha mart shop is an additional advantage to the residence.

*TV remote battery wasn’t checked. When I use it didn’t work. When I contact the staff they say they already gone home and will replace in the morning. In the morning they forgot. *if you bring your own car before park in basement better get your room key first else you won’t be able to enter elevator area *at 11.20 the staff will knock your door continuously until you open the door. It’s just so annoying especially if you are at the bathroom. They just want to check when will you leave

Electricity ration. Cannot use more than 8 kw per day. If 3 A/C run then your power will cut in the last hours.(Caution notice available). Room safety locker not working. Car parking very tedious. But the security help on this to park safely.

Clean and comfortable . All facilities working good. Safe stay without any disturbance.
