Hmm nothing ! Everything was great :)

Loved our stay here! The beds were really comfy, the shower was nice and hot, it was clean, and a great location! It’s near restaurants and cafes, but is a little further from the market (but you can do a cheap + short grab ride there). The entire staff were SO nice and always went above & beyond! Loved every single staff member there! The breakfast was my fave out of all the free breakfasts we had in Bali! Great options and many to select from. As a vegetarian, they had plenty of yummy options! The shampoo/conditioner was amazing! Wi-Fi worked well. Pool was nice and refreshing! AC was amazing and cold. We enjoyed our stay!

Good options for breakfast although I was lightly limited as I cannot eat eggs and almost everything had eggs. Room was lovely, steps down to the pool. The staff were amazing, really helpful and very friendly. Great location.

The hotel is elegant, well-furnished, and modern. The location is excellent, close to the Monkey Forest and many shops and restaurants. The swimming pool is large, clean and beautiful. We attended the Thursday evening dinner and Balinese dance and enjoyed an excellent performance. The staff were gracious, very friendly, helpful and eager to please. The breakfast was delcious.

Due to sudden illness during our trip, plans changed and we needed an extra night at Anumana. We contacted the hotel and luckily they were able to accommodate our last minute changes. During our stay, everything was simply perfect, no remarks at all. Can also recommend the traditional massage! Make sure to keep your balcony door closed in case the monkeys from the nearby Monkey Forest decide to visit :)

Shower drain was a little slow, but still acceptable. Hot water wasn't hot enough.

Amazing location beside the Monkey forest, and just around the corner from a major supermarket, ATMs, and all the cafes and restaurants. Great lagoon pool and breakfast included. Well maintained property. Quiet and tucked in from the noise of the main street.

Everything was better than expected the breakfast was brilliant and the staff were amazing we hired a car and driver provided. by the hotel and it was an exceptional experience Agung our driver was so friendly and knowledgeable And a special mention to Kadek who really provided us with his local knowledge

We stayed 4 nights with our 3yo kid. The room was on the ground floor with direct access to the swimming pool (we could see the staff cleaning the swimming pool around 6am everyday ;) ). the staff was really nice and also organise different tours (extra paid).The swimming pool was very nice. The included breakfast is worth, we tried most of the options and everythinng was very good with good portions. The food was also good but not super especial, we ate there most of the times. The room was cleaned everyday. It is 4min walking to Ubud Monkey forest and around 20min to the main road where you have Ubud Palace etc. Very nice place to stay with a fair price, I would stay again!

Restaurant was non-aircon, and there were mosquitoes. The scent of the burning anti-moskie coils placed around the premises was a bit overwhelming.

Cosy 32-room hotel, 3 levels served by elevator. Our room was on 3rd level, spacious, clean, bright, peaceful, overlooking the compact swimming pool. Beds were comfy. Ample hangers, and a drying rack in the balcony. Four 300ml bottles of drinking water provided daily, free of charge. Our room rate included breakfast. The breakfast menu was excellent with a good hearty variety. When my room mate was out on a sunrise trek and could not make it back in time for breakfast on one day, the restaurant staff kindly packed a take-away breakfast box for her. Spas, convenience stores, cafes, eateries, 2-storey supermart, open till late, all within 5 mins walk. Shops a bit further away, but still within walking distance.

The pool was excellent , however the water was not as clear as other places we stayed.

We stayed for two weeks. Staff were attentive, friendly and helpful. They made small changes to our included breakfast to help with our slight stomach acclimatisation. Restaurant is set up high and gives good view of street. Rooms are clean and comfy, good selection of TV channels. Location is another top feature, five minute walk to a good selection of eateries. This leads to a high standard of food on offer. Monkees weren't an annoyance and only passed our balcony a couple of times. The cooking class is highly recommended.
