Rooms are tastefully furnished. Bed was very comfortable. We slept like babies. Breakfast was exceptional Location is convenient. Walking distance to restaurants, watersports areas. Staff were very welcoming. Kudos to Eka, Ayu, Ari and Jesi.

We found the music a little bit loud at dinner time.

Breakfast was amazing and very generous. The Spa facility was wonderful and very good value for money. Pool and Yoga area beautiful.

The stay here was very nice. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, pool is great, enough space for everyone, food in Sukun restaurant is exceptional. Really enjoyed our stay here. Recommend!

Not on the beachfront, but the beach at Nusa Dua is average anyway.

A lovely hotel with fabulous staff. Our upgraded room was large, comfortable and well appointed. Pool area is delightful. Impressive spa services. Excellent breakfast included in the restaurant which also served a wide range of meals for lunch and dinner. A popular hotel for families.

The hotel had a great vibe. The food was great. We eat at the hotel most nights. The staff were so friendly and accomodating. The room was clean and everything worked well. Pool area was nice and relaxing. Pool bar and lounges. Gym was modern but Iam on holidays and didn't go in. Nuda Dua is a quieter area.

Friendy , Avery one working at the resort make sure we are safe , been take care very well , I arrived very very late at midnight, very helpful to help luggage, my suites ready to check in ass soon as possible, sooooo tired after long fly , then went through immigration… come to resort, … I was soooo happy to rest and sleep sooo well ,nice breakfast , very convenient walk to everythings I need , very safety neighbors hood …thank so much and of cause I recommend my family, friends… staying in resort

Breakfast was great but a bit repetitive (after 5 days).

Staff was amazing, the room is very beautiful, the swimming pool and bar is amazing. I love the bath with bath salts everyday. Breakfast was great too. And the gym facilities too!

Amnaya Resort is a great place to stay in Bali. Rooms are clean and have plenty of space. Staff are always kind and helpful, special thanks to Radha and Jesi for making sure everything was OK with my stay. Also, breakfast is the best hotel breakfast I have had with plenty of options and great food. This is my second time visiting Amaya, I decided to return because of how good my first experience was with the hotel and my second stay was just as good. Thank you to all the staff at Amnaya for making my stay a brilliant time and very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again on another trip to Bali.

The gym threadmill is outdated and was difficult to operate.

I like the junior suite room that I stayed. I am grateful that they upgrade my room and decorate the room in conjunction with my wife birthday. The manager that checked us in was very helpful and brought us to our room to explain the facilities inside the room.

The only thing that comes to mind: the pool bar should open earlier. After breakfast before 7am we were by the pool about 9am, and we couldn’t order anything to eat or drink till 11am. Just it :)

Traveling with my wife and our 2.5-year-old child, I conducted extensive research to find a comfortable and child-friendly place to stay. This hotel exceeded all our expectations. The staff were exceptional – always smiling, genuinely helpful, and authentic. Every employee greeted us warmly and inquired about our day, making us feel truly welcome. The hotel itself is atmospheric, intimate, and well-maintained, with the fresh scent of incense wafting through the air, creating a movie-like experience reminiscent of the show "White Lotus." Additionally, the delicious breakfasts, excellent room service, quiet and beautiful pool, and wonderful spa made our stay unforgettable.

We could have stayed longer

The breakfast was exceptional. We had it included in the price and the portions were generous and there were numerous selections as well. It was also my wife’s birthday and after we checked in and were in our room unpacking and settling in, the door chime sounded and when we opened it the birthday song was being sung to us and a lovely birthday cake with a candle was presented to my wife. All credit to Mita who noticed the date on my wife’s passport and went from there. Eva and Radha also deserve a special mention. Every person there were so lovely. Also the double chocolate desert, omg, the best! We had a junior suite and we loved it. We will go back there for sure. Well done guys, you didn’t disappoint

There is nothing not to like. Just divine.

We loved our stay at Amnaya Resort, the staff were exceptional, always asking if we were enjoying ourselves. The pool area was a delight, like swimming in the jungle. Our room was very spacious and the bed was heavenly, so comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, so much to choose from and staff very attentive. We would recommend this resort.
