An amazing hotel, of a very high standard, we enjoyed everything such as: spa, hotel room, comfort of a bed, view from the balcony, food, pools. Hotel is in a beautiful place, nature, peace and quiet. Personnel was very nice. We will definitely come back here again.

Very few remarks, there is room for improvement in terms of the spa treatments, but it didn’t impact our overall experience.

Options and variety in food was great, staff at the reception was very professional and helpful, the sommeliers were great. Spa facilities were amazing. Room service was very attentive.

- Sauna. Textile-free style, naked-only. There is no information about it in the Booking description and in the office hotel site. So, if you don't want to be fully naked and to see another people also fully naked, you will not be allowed to visit saunas. - Overloaded parking. When this hotel is on high demand there is no free space on outside parking. - Expensive daily payment for pets

Nothing. The only thing was the wasps outside that prevented my son from sitting near the external pool. But there were wasps across all places we visited around Balaton Lake.

Everything. Nice clean rooms with good lighting, best views, perfectly arranged big bathroom, the best breakfast with a variety of fresh veggies and juices. Evening menu dishes we ordered were perfect as well, and even the pool bar food was delicious. Wine workshop was very interesting and informative, told with lots of knowledge and love of the subject. The sauna was amazing with many different rooms, even a snow room. Lots of pools. All sparkly clean. Calm atmosphere. And the stuff was great across all the hotel.

we arrived late this time and did not have time for lunch. There was an agreement with the hotel that cold snacks would be prepared for us in the room upon arrival. When we arrived, we had to remind the hotel staff of this arrangement.

This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel. I can only confirm my earlier conclusions: in general, everything is fine.

There’s nothing not to like.

Great place to relax over a weekend. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Room service is top. Mini bar has all necessary drinks. There’s a coffee machine with Nespresso coffee capsules. Breakfast is just awesome. You should take time and try all the goodies, including Eggs Benedict, omelette, ham and eggs that chef prepares individually. Spa and outside pool is great.

Just one little detail, the air conditioner is blowing where the sofa-bed is. I had to turn it off when my son was sleeping. Can be a bit uncomfortable during summer.

Everything was perfect: comfortable bed, hotel very clean, various breakfast, good food in their restaurant, free wine tase based on reservation, kind personal, clean and warm water for indoor and outdoor pools, 2 bottles of water on the house/day the entire stay. I would definitely recommend !!!!
