Unfortunately, after checking into the room, I noticed that the nightstands and furniture had not been cleaned and had stains from coffee or other liquids. In the shower area, there was no shower gel and the shower gel dispenser was empty.

I enjoyed the breakfast. I was delighted with the way the receptionists collaborated and the fact that they have a luggage storage area until departure from the hotel.

The lights in the toilets did not work properly, sometimes the power switch would trigger. No power outlets near bed, breakfast was very limited although understandable considering the price charged. Kids running in the corridor all the time.

The location is not too bad, a little bit far away from centre but easily accessible by bike.

The breakfast is only until 9:00 o'clock. I think it would be nice to have it until 10:00. The value for money could be better.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to stadium and metro. Good choice for travelers who go to concerts. The room was cozy, cleanliness was OK. We had a good rest, the hotel was quiet. Easy to access by car, there are parking lots in front of the hotel, but also private parking is available. The staff was kind, the breakfast was OK.

Room described as having a balcony view (it didnt) bathroom quite untidy, double bed with two single mattresses, very noisy and could hear lots of noise from corridor, rooms adjacent and above. Air conditioning could also do with being improved, not working very well at all. Breakfast choice quite poor, no fresh fruit?

There was no shower gel in the shower and the towels were of dark grey colour instead of white, which means they can't be washed at a high temperature, so they can't be perfectly disinfected like the white ones.

The location is very good, not full centre but it's very close to a metro station. It has quite a large parking lot. The breakfast was delicious. The room looked on the inner courtyard and even though there were a lot of noisy guests, it was very quiet at night.

The toilet seat was broken in my room, I had to put down a towel to avoid injuring myself, the broken parts were sharp. Not sure why it was not addressed before, I did not even realise it till evening as I did not lift up the seat upon check in, and I have forgotten to tell the receptionist when I checked out. The furniture and carpet is a bit tired in the rooms.

The area was nice, and trouble free, quite, compact hotel, the room seemed clean and was fresh smelling. Price wise is cheap, and I had a good night sleep, before heading to the airport.

We were staying in this hotel because of visiting AMTS and we were very satisfied with our room, request approval of staying in a room with balcony and friendly staff. Especially for visiting mentioned car event this hotel is on a good location (approx. 20 min to HungExpo by walk). Airport is 25 min away by car.

Walls are very thin, could hear someone cough a lot in room next to me... Bathrom was questionable cleaned, had to clean it additionally to be sure it is ok.

We travelled during the winter and it was quite cold in the room. During the night you can hear what your neighbours are saying.

Only breakfast between 07:00 and 09:00 and check out 10:00. I try to choose hotels with breakfast on the weekend 07:00 to 10:30 and on weekdays 07:00 to 10:00 and with check-out 11:00. But this time it was fully booked.

For one day only cold water, because the hot water boiler didn't work. The repair took about 24 hours. No room cleaning service for 5 days. During the Karate Worldchampionships in the nearby sports hall the roomprizes where doubled than usual, without an additional reward.

Close to the Papp Laszlo Sport Arena. Staff was friendly, but difficult to communicate with, as nobody really spoke english.

You got what you paid for. Every country has a different standard and breakfast. We were pleased. Three stars hotel, decent breakfast, clean rooms, good location - near the metro M2 that gets you to the city centre, tram and bus station. A bit noisy in the evening as it is located near the main road which we expected. The staff was nice and helpful.

Parking is very limited and once the place is full, you have to park in the street and the pay-time starts at 8,00 - we were fined at 8,00..

The hairdryer was missing from the room and the socket near the bed wasn't working. The breakfast schedule was a bit early, 7-9 AM, and at 8:40 there wasn't much left (no juice at all).

The location was perfect, close to the concert venue. The room was decent sized and clean. Breakfast during the weekend was good with enough choices. The staff was very friendly and did all they could to help us.
