it had a roof terrace that was not really utilised to its full potential, nor was there a bar in the hotel, which we like to have when you need a break from the hustle and bustle and to have as a meeting point. There was limited tea and coffee and no milk at all so a morning cuppa was not available unless you bought these yourself. There was also no safe in our room.

location was brilliant...right in the middle of the old and new. It was clean and maids came daily. There was a mini fridge which was good.

breakfast mostly continental and basic. TV hard to get into English and wanted Google account personal details so just watched you tube.

I had read that this was a hidden gem, and it is just that. Within 50 yards you are well and truly in the winding streets of the old town with various eateries and hostelries. The bars along the beach heading to the new town are there too!! didn't make use of the roof top terrace or indeed the bar - two reasons to go back!

I miss the bakery. Also it’s a shame that the hotel wasn’t manned during the stay. The staff were based in the hotel next door and whilst I appreciate there’s been a take over and both hotels (Rocamar and Mirador) are now owned by the same group, Rocamar seemed a little barren with reception are being completely empty. I’ve stayed in both hotels and Rocamar is in my opinion the better hotel, so it’s a shame the lovely staff who previously worked there are no longer present. I stayed at Rocamar last month and reception was occasionally manned so maybe it was just a blip during this stay.

Have previously stayed and this was a return visit. Comfortable , well furnished rooms, all the essentials are available. Very clean and housekeeping do a great job. Very friendly and helpful staff. Location is great for the Old town, away from the noise but just a 5 min walk to lots of bars. Worth being aware that larger taxis or minibuses are unable to get up main entrance, we knew this so were prepared for the brief walk up from pedestrian area. another great stay and would recommend

The location, the wheelchair accessibility, the cleanliness and the comfort of the beds.

The location was fantastic. Everything was clean and the beds were really comfortable (memory foam mattresses I think). I am a wheelchair user and I was able to manage comfortably for the three nights I stayed.

All was great.

Lovely and clean, room spacious with double bed (2 twins together) and a sofa. I liked the fact we had a fridge for our milk, tea and coffee making facilities with mugs which were good. Great air-conditioning. The shower was lovely, a safety deposit box in the room, which was useful. It has friendly staff who were very welcoming. Fantastic location, absolutely perfect. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.
