You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

RomaniaWe really enjoyed our stay at Vasko Panzio. The place was even more cosy and nice than in the pictures and we also had access to a big terrace. We received a glass of wine each upon arrival and an additional full bottle. We also got great recommendations for restaurants and the owners were very nice. Excellent value for money.

We were offered a free upgrade to the deluxe room which was really comfortable with much space, very clean, well-equipped bathroom facilities and free breakfast. PolandOnly thing that can irritate sometimes are the sounds of the stairs from the staircase when someone is walking on them. But there are so many pros in this place that you probably won't even notice that!
An amazing place to stay on a lovely street of Tokaj located almost in the heart of the town. Rooms are beautiful, cozy and clean. Huge private bathroom is also included to the room. The host is extremely friendly and helpful with a big smile on his face who welcomes you at the beging of your stay with a glass of one of Tokaj's wines. Even though we arrived earlier there was no problem with the check in to our room and they even provided the transfer from the railway station. All that things make a home like atmosphere. Recommend it for everybody. You won't regret this choice!

PolandCozy guesthoust in the centre of Tokaj. Very nice owner went out of his way to make our stay pleasant, helping with our luggage and serving a free glass of Tokaj wine. Room was very comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. Free parking. There is a nice bar downstairs and shop with wide selection of local wines. I would gladly stay here again.

HungarySometimes noises can be heard from the other rooms as the doors and walls aren't the best at containing the noise, but it didn't do much to affect our stay, especially since the other guests at the time were fairly respectable. Also even though all of the electronics were there and we had a nice sized fridge, kettle with cups and bathroom facility the team had not provided the little soaps and tea bag sachets that you tend to get in hotels. This wasn't such an issue because there is a very cheap local store 3 minutes walk away where we purchased these things but it is a small suggestion of how the rooms could be improved.
The location is perfect. It is very cosy and the hosts are friendly and helpful. The value for money completes this experience because it is cheap but also clean, modern and stylish. The rooms are well serviced with all the basic amenities. The rooms are also very spacious with comfortable beds, sitting areas and nice big television. There is a small parking space with free parking and I can imagine it is great in the summer because there is lots of outdoor seating and barbecue space. The courtyard is resident to a family of semi wild cats who are very cute and fun to watch. Also received a glass of complimentary wine upon arrival and 10% discount at their store, which is a lovely little gift shop worth visiting even if you stay in another hotel because it sells nice chocolates and drinks.
