if I can get to car park before going to reception that would be nice, as you need to leave car somewhere around then go in and get remote go back to the car left on road and just then open the gate for car park but everything was expain in email perfectly. Only thing is that if you can´t found space outside to park you need to block the road so you can go into building and get remote

The check in was at 3pm and we arrived at 8 am. Even though i communicated our arrival time and even though the owner kept asking when are we arriving for an early check in but the room was ready at 2pm and we had to stay in the streets all this time with a little kid on a hot day. This also caused a waste for our first day as it resulted that we were too tired to go anywhere or do anything but sleep. Our whole stay was for 2 days!

It is a very nice, clean and beautiful appartment. You will find all the needed facilities in there. I loved the check in system and all the instructions were clear and detailed. It is in a good location and we would love to come back again.

I requested an early check in at 14:00 as my reservation was confirmed at 14:00 and when I arrived at 14:00 they told me you need to wait another hour for cleaning time to finish and they sent the instructions and keys at 15:00 exactly that's was the annoying thing for me

The ac was central for the whole building so we could not adjust it to our preference. Not big towels provided, only small ones thus it was a bit challenging to dry body and hair for a lady, so i would suggest future tenants to bring their own or the hotel can provide more than one for each person. Other than that everything was as expected!

The location is right in the middle of everything and the apatment is very well designed and clean.

Bath towels were taken on the second day and replaced with hand towels which wasn't ideal to dry yourself with post shower. Also bathroom was very cramped with a washing machine and ironing board in the middle of the room.

Everything needed was there. The location was excellent, near enough to everything but not too noisy.

Lots of partygoers on the streets until wee hours of the morning.

Great location easy walking to main attractions. Lovely apartment with all amenities including washing machine. Extra bonus was the housekeeping services that were provided every few days.

Only one thing what I think needs to be changed is how you getting into the apartment. It's little too complicated because you need to download app, then you have one chance to get code and if something went wrong or simply your cellphone lost connection to internet because you enter the building, you waisted your code and now you have to call apartment manager to get new. It is really inconvenient! That's why I give 9 and not a 10.

We have to go to separate location to keep the luggage which was quite far. They should have one small desk or reception of luggage room at Vagabond soho itself.

Very good location, extremely near to the city center. 400 metres from the nearest tram stop and 500 metres from the nearest bus stop. Newyork cafe, Oper house is on walking distance.

The check in is a little bit complicated. Not even complicated but I have received a doze e-mails reminding me to do the online check in. Which I was about to do anyway, just not that very same minute. In the end it turned out ok, and actually very easy, but also if someone doesn’t have access to Internet, how will they do tha last step with the app… Just a little complicated but in the end that turned out ok too.

It is clean and comfortable. It is in a good location. It was not our first time in Vagabond apartment, and not the last. It is an excellent alpartment with a good price.

Couple things were broken on arrival. I did message management and they apologized for the inconvenience.

Location is amazing. Walking distance to great restaurants and close to public transport.

Everything was perfect, apartment is new, very clean and cozy. Garage is in the building (20€ per night, which is much better then public parking). Host was correct, there was no problem for early chek in.
