It seems they recently painted the hall of my room and there was a very strong smell to paint. When we arrived the check in lady was not there. We called her and she immediately came back for us.

Receptipn availability. At the first day we arrived at 17:00 and there was no reception, some woman gave us key without a check in and we didn't get all information, so the next day we arrived and the doors were locked and we couldn't go in without the code. We eventually called the emergency number and after a while we got the code. But the experience was not good.

The location was perfect, the rooms (not the standard) were really nice and clean. The standard is too small, but the other rooms are good.

Cleanliness wasn’t great to be completely honest, dirty windowsills, shower seals etc but bedding & towels were clean.

The size of the apartment, it was taller then wider ☺️ It was oriented towards the inner jard, sowe didn't see much of the sun. But, we enjoyed it anyway.

The location was exceptional. Guess the closer to the St. Istvam church, would be the church itself ☺️ It was the small apartment on the square.

the bathroom wasn’t clean the toilet was terrible and honestly I’m not sure what was on the walls beside it I noticed it the day I left and it made me feel sick. the light to get into the first door turns of way to fast I found myself constantly doing a dance trying to open the fidgeting lock while getting the light timer to turn back on. lastly the wifi. extremely disappointed I changed hotels paid for 2 nights here while still paying for another hotel to be able to plan the next leg of my trip I wasn’t even able to find the wifi on searches I can see this is a common issue on level 4 and below staff have advised wifi works throughout. it doesn’t . this needs to be improved because it is misleading and if I had of known prior I would not of booked as wifi was why I changed in the first place

the views from my window of the church where amazing , location was perfect , room decor was lovely, staff printed my ticket of for me and held my bags until I had to leave very helpful.

The room was a little bit small for 2 people.

The hotel is very good value for money. The self check-in/out was very smooth. The hotel is located in the centre of Budapest, all major sightseeing locations can be easily reached by walking.

This hotel is more like a hostel, based in a block of residential apartments, once you get over that, the location is superb.

Decent size, great view, amazing location right in the heart of the city. Not as noisy as expected, given the location. People complaining about that should pick something further away from the centre.

It took 2 days to fix a WiFi problem. Shower had no holder for handle. No option to lock inner doors like restroom.

The location of the apartment is amazing. The apartment size and design is very good. Wide rooms, fully equipped kitchen. Clothes washing machin, coffee machine etc. Stuff helped coordinating transfer to airport. We're very kind and helpful.

Noise from music outside in the night. Thick dust on ceiling.

Location could not have been better, very central. Good size room and bathroom although our room was facing inside of the building wall. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
