The location of the property is very useful for access to public transportation. There is a grocery store and several cafes/bars around the property. The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful. Highly recommended for those who want a safe and quiet stay.

Wifi was a bit slow. There is no reception desk, so you need to contact them in advance and arrange a meet up. Time management of these things can be sometimes difficult, so just count with it.

Close to the metro and tram, walking distance to interesting places. Quiet inside, good windows. Nice design of the room. Really comfortable bed in my opinion. Nice bathroom.

The check in process isn't ideal waiting 30 mins for staff to show up, but when he did, my room was ready. Just a heads up when you first walk into the building the entrance is kinda scary and off putting. There is paint peeling off the walls and it smells like garbage. But once you actually get into the hotel - on the second floor - it is lovely.

The room was everything that I needed for my stay as a solo female traveller in Budapest. It was central, clean, I felt safe in the neighborhood, good enough wifi for work meetings, hot showers/good water pressure and the bed was comfortable.

There is no keybox for self check-in, you must wait for the staff in front of the building.

Nice, spacious and tidy room, the windows are facing to a quiet street. The room and the private bathroom are well-equipped. Small fridge, hair dryer, towels are included.

Some street noise at times, but that’s unavoidable considering the location. We were also charged an extra €10 due to a late check in, which was unavoidable due to our flight being delayed and I did notify the hotel straight away. Also no refreshment facilities within the hotel at all.

The room was very clean, and the property was in an excellent location. We walked everywhere because we enjoy being able to see more but a tram stop and the metro are just a minutes walk away. See me shops and bars are close by too.

The late check in fee of EUR15, I would have preferred if I could have paid by card rather than cash (inconvenient to locate an ATM at 11.30pm upon arrival at the airport to get cash prior to check in).

Very comfortable stay and lovely, helpful host showing us where to go on the map etc. Practical facilities available in the shared kitchen.

Nothing of great importance but be aware that there is not manned reception, no kettle, tea, coffee or water bottles in the room. Have to go to the kitchen near reception to make tea/coffee (which you have to bring as well). Also, no clear instructions how to use the telly and wasn't the most helpful when contacted the team via booking com.

Issues with check in. It was late at night and had to wait around to be let in. They should use key boxes like most places. No- where onsite to leave luggage as stated, was told would have to take them somewhere else. No staff

The check-in process is far from ideal. They asked to call them 30 minutes before the arrival. I tried, but it took too much time for them to pick the phone up. I finally reached them only, when I arrived. But after that I still needed to wait up to 20 minutes for them to come and give me the keys.

This is more a constructive critique: the bathroom fan is noisy and can't be manually turned off. It turns off by a timer and there is no option to turn it off. It would be great if there was a way to stop it in the future.

Excellent location in Budapest. The room was very nicely decorated, very clean and great overall. The staff is very fridenly and helpful. Would visit again for sure. Thanks!

There were no staff on the premises, making check-in a bit messy. Some interactions with office staff less than helpful. Room was adequate for one person, or a very close couple! I travelled with adult family members and we each had a room - which was good. But I wouldn't really recommend for solo travellers.

The location was excellent. Near to good Metro line. A fairly quiet square with some good cafés, wine bars/bistros.

We stayed in winter. Heating only with AC, room didn't really get warm. Paint coming off the walls in bathroom. Bathroom (even though the ventilator comes on automatically) is not well ventilated. I left a peace of my clothes in the bathroom over night, it was all damp in the morning. Price was set a bit high for this kind of property, It's not a proper hotel, just a part of the building, converted into several rooms. There's a little lobby which was empty all the time. Rooms look nice on the pictures, but it can quickly be noticed that all the furnishings are rather cheap (floor, wardrobe, shower with a curtain). Overpriced, otherwise an OK stay.

Location was conventient (metro and tram just in front of the building, 20 min walk to the center), check in is was smooth, room was very clean.
