Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

CanadaNothing to add. Staff very helpful. Breakfast good. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Nothing to complain about. Location was ideal for me because I neede to travel next day by train. One negative: they advertised shuttle service from the airport, but in the end ‘their driver was not available’. Luckily booking.com allowed good car pick up from the airport.
Good breakfast, location excellent for travelling by train further. The neighbourhood is the Keleti train station. Only American type fast food around, no good restaurants. Easy access to the train station. The rrom was good and comfortable.

AustriaI would have some suggestion for the breakfast room (these didn't take away anything from our positive experience) 1. the room was a bit too small and crowded (the outside patio was closed because of the cold weather) 2. there are no labels in front of foods (would help move the people faster in front of the buffet as they don't need to open and touch everything to see what is there) 3. :) There should be a clear info hanged above the waffle maker for the guests how to use it (use oil before adding the dough!!!)- this would take away half the stress from the stuff as they would not need to clean the stuck dough constantly 4. The clean plates should be on the beginning of the buffet line (where the sauces are now)- In this case there would be a flow and the guest would not be needing to cut in the line to get new plates plus the way from the kitchen to the plates would be shorter 5. You could see that the staff members want to do an amazing job and give the guests the best experience which they did, only there was a little bit of structure missing. As the room is a bit small it would work the best if there is someone only in the front (greeting guests, and having an overview of how many tables are still free), someone who is in charge of cleaning the tables (runner-who is communicating with the front and the buffet stuff) and someone who is in charge of the buffet (communicates with kitchen) Small changes like this could lift up the ratings and it could add an extra layer of relaxed atmosphere to the breakfast experience. I must emphasise it that the food and the kindness of the stuff compensated these small hiccups and would be happy to come back any time.
The stuff is super nice and helpful. The location is very good, easy to reach and surprisingly fast to get to the city center. The hotel itself is perfect for a long weekend, it has a small bar area which is fine for waiting for friends or the rooms. The breakfast is good, many different variety of choices and it tasted yummy. Rooms were clean and cleaned regularly.

Great location, within walking distance of one of the main train stations and 2 Metro lines. Located on a side street so no street noise. interesting choice of restaurants nearby, mostly fast food and street food. Loved the water pressure and temperature, even on the 5th floor. Breakfast was tasty with lots of options.
