The room is small. The elevators are two and very small. The worst experience was the transfer service from the airport. The driver just left us because she waited too long. The plane landed at 6 AM and we came out half an hour after passport control and security check. The driver was very rude and blamed us for not contacting her from the sky while flying🙈. Also as it is stated in the transfer service driver doesn't not come to the exit. Passengers should go to the driver to zone 3 and wait for the driver there.

Location is great. Stuff is very friendly. Breakfast is good.

The towels always were a little bit dirty, even if we changed every day there were stains Also, we heard people talking outside in the corridor

The location is great! Close to everything by walking distance, in the Jewish quarter. The staff is so great! We had a little problem with the room and they went out and beyond to make sure we are comfortable!

Clean room, comfortable bed (a bit too soft for me), nice breakfast, great location - we didn't use a public transportation at all (except going to and from the airport, by the way, the 100E airport bus stop is in 5 min walk). Helpful staff. I enjoyed our stay here.

We were very pleased with this hotel. It is very centrally located, with many bars and restaurants in its doorstep, and yet quiet inside. The staff were very friendly, and communications with the hotel were great, offering to organise trips, taxis and more. The breakfast was excellent.

The windows can’t be opened on the 8th floor for safety reasons. I understand this, but on hot nights it gets a little stuffy in 16 m2 (not an issue if you don’t mind sleeping with the AC on). There is a bit of nightlife until around 0:30-1:00 on weekdays (totally expected in this area), which means some noise, though less than i had anticipated, it didn’t disturb us. Again not an issue if you sleep with AC and closed windows.

The staff were super friendly and professional throughout our stay, the location is great, the room, beds, towels were clean (though there was a bit of wear and tear on carpets etc, nothing crazy). Breakfast was good, sufficient options. Although for the price you can find plenty great options in nearby cafes, the convenience made it a good choice for us. Thanks Roombach Team for a pleasant stay!

It’s in a very popular, active area so Friday night partiers were out all night long. Be sure to bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

Location was great, and front desk were all very helpful. Good wifi and nice area to sit and work if you have to.

Nothing but a kettle in the room would be nice.

The hotel is in an ideal location close to transport and the airport bus. It’s a short walk to many attractions. The staff were very friendly and breakfast was very good with lots of variety. The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet (our room overlooked the garden). Baggage storage was available which was brilliant as we had an evening flight.
