The location is great! Close to everything by walking distance, in the Jewish quarter. The staff is so great! We had a little problem with the room and they went out and beyond to make sure we are comfortable!

We were very pleased with this hotel. It is very centrally located, with many bars and restaurants in its doorstep, and yet quiet inside. The staff were very friendly, and communications with the hotel were great, offering to organise trips, taxis and more. The breakfast was excellent.

The windows can’t be opened on the 8th floor for safety reasons. I understand this, but on hot nights it gets a little stuffy in 16 m2 (not an issue if you don’t mind sleeping with the AC on). There is a bit of nightlife until around 0:30-1:00 on weekdays (totally expected in this area), which means some noise, though less than i had anticipated, it didn’t disturb us. Again not an issue if you sleep with AC and closed windows.

The staff were super friendly and professional throughout our stay, the location is great, the room, beds, towels were clean (though there was a bit of wear and tear on carpets etc, nothing crazy). Breakfast was good, sufficient options. Although for the price you can find plenty great options in nearby cafes, the convenience made it a good choice for us. It’s in a very popular, active area so Friday night partiers were out all night long. Be sure to bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

The hotel is in an ideal location close to transport and the airport bus. It’s a short walk to many attractions. The staff were very friendly and breakfast was very good with lots of variety. The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet (our room overlooked the garden). Baggage storage was available which was brilliant as we had an evening flight.

It was great. The location is very close to most important places in Budapest. The rooms are clean, the breakfast was great, with many options, even for the vegan. The hosts are friendly and eager to help and solve every problem. The parking was very good, even if it wasn't free of charge (26 euro/day)

Great hotel. Good location. Very good desk service (especially Zoltan - arranged a last-minute food bag, instead of breakfast, for our early morning flight), always ready to help and facilitate our stay. Rooms are a bit small (did not bother us) but cleaned every day. Fabulous Breakfast with excellent variety and open until 10:30. Overall, very recommended

The room is on the small side and it can be hard to maneuver around.

The location was excellent - close to Donau, major attractions, public transportations, shops and restaurants etc. The service was superb - staffs on the front desk went extra way in advising us how to get around,recommending delicious local restaurants and made reservations for us. It is in a fun neighborhood too, with lots of youth hanging out in the restaurants and bars nearby while our room remained quiet at night.
