Room and linen not clean. I know that this is hostel not high standard hotel but cleanness is vey important for every place.

Cleanliness could be better in the room. We were a bit disappointed with the bathroom, as there was no clear division between the shower part and the toilet/sink.

The staff is nice and willing to help. Very friendly and we could even check in a bit earlier. The location is well placed, with a good connection with the public transport, be with the bus or the tram.

The Elderly Man @ the receptionist was rude when we arrived while The other young man was polite. Internet was very poor. Had backache from bed. If u stay 3 days there will be no cleaning. Old furniture. Could hear everything in the night - from the reception- to the ambulances- police vehicles. Deep cleaning needed in the bathroom + room.

There's no lift and my room was third floor .. it was extremely hot but I asked for the AC remote control and they gave it to me. Front door cannot be opened by guests, you should always ring before you enter.

Staff are very friendly and answer your needs with pleasure .. available 24 hours on the desk. Nearby tram and bus stations, although the hotel area is itself distant but all Budapest is distant districts anyway

The place is on the older side, but if you don't mind that then there are no complaints from me.

The staff were very friendly and forthcoming. For example, our room didn't have towels when we first arrived but when we told that to the lady at the front desk she made sure to find us some (it does say that the room comes with towels). Overall, the experience was enjoyable, especially if you plan on combining Hungaroring with Budapest sightseeing seeing that it's well connected both to the city centre and to the Örs vezér tere station.

The room furniture is old and I believe there is a need for renovation.

Actually, I booked for twin room with one double bed on booking.com but at the property it was not available. It is something which needs to be improved.

It was very cold during the afternoon, and then very hot during the night. No staff's fault, Just as FYI : no bathroom toiletries. And it is next to a very busy road -at least my room was-, also during the night. So, if you're sensitive to noise and/or a light sleeper, earplugs are must haves.

Hotel located a little out of main tourist area although there are buses that stop outside. Very helpful and friendly staff, especially the young man who works the dayshift and speaks English very well.
