Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Good breakfast, great coffee, very nice personnel! Very kind and polite service. I was impressed with the cleannes of the hotel. The hotel is basic but the very clean, enjoyable and it has great location, close to bike pass and the beach. it was nice to have a balconie.

PolandBreakfasts are pretty boring, everyday looks the same. Some vegetable salads should be included.
Great hotel, we have been there three times already and this one is not last! Rooms are clean, staff is friendly. WIFI is great, I could do some of my work without any issues. TV works also nice. Rooms have balcony if you want to chill there. Localization is great, hotel is located very near to the beach. Big parking (but it's a shame that guest have to pay for it).

BrazilWe were requested to change rooms with no explanation and in the new room the bathroom was with a shower curtain (the first one had a proper shower stall) which was unpleasant since the water went all over the bathroom when we took a shower. There's no AC in the room also, and it wasn't a problem for us at the moment but I guess in peak summer it might be too hot. It didn't have many fruit options for breakfast.
The hotel was very clean (the corridors even smelled very clean and fresh!), the staff were friendly even if they didn't really speak English. It's very close to the beach, you just have to cross the train trails and you are there. The breakfast was good. It looked like a nice place to go with kids and family as well.

The location was great. We also had free parking on site and breakfast included.

Good hotel, better than expected. Rooms are very hot, but we were lucky with the winds and had the balcony door open. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was above expectations!

PolandThe exterior of the place is not so good looking, but when it comes to comfort , it was much more than we expected.
- cleanliness everywhere - very comfortable beds - bed sheets and towels of great quality - regular room service with changing the towels - tasty, nutritious breakfasts - mini fridge in the room - little fan in the room.( we didn't need to use it, but still it's good to have one) - the hairdryer included - nice and friendly staff all around the place

RomaniaI arrived late. gate was closed and gatekeeper which answered the phone only did not speak english, he told us to come the next day so we had to rent another place for one night. We where only delayed by one hour. The next day we found out that there are 2 gates to enter the property, out of which one is opened at all times, but this was not mentined previously. We where offered to stay an extra day, but it wouldn't be possible for us.
It is very close to the beach and it is a quiet place. The parklot is large and it also fits the bikes. we choosed this location because it is close to the beach and to the bike path to go round the Balathon lake.
